Location it’s very poor. Good for sleep one night, nothing else this. Need pay 5€ for use de kitchen, but the kitchen it’s very tiny, without furnitures and very bad.

Noisy, the pillow too much thin, few hot water in the shower, was not enought toilet paper and we had to buy it, there were just one towel and 1 sheet and we were cold during the night so we asked for just one more and they told us was not possible..

The position is really close to the centre, and the price is cheap

There is a lot of noise especially in the room we booked adjacent to the street and bathroom. Throughout the whole night there was loud noises and the only ventilation possible was through a window that looked out at the street which made it either noise or a very warm room. The room was a closet, lamp and bed and wifi which was enough for us but things like airco, a chair, or things like a doorknob to open and close the door properly would've been nice. But it all comes down to getting what you paid for I guess. (€54)

The sevice provided by the manager was excellent and she was very quick to respond via Whatsapp, she helped us quickly with our problem opening the door and was flexible with check in times

This place is as awful as other places I have spend the night before, but the others ones at least charge me €5 per night or where even for free. Here we paid €58 per person per night and they even wanted to charge us extra money to use the kitchen that was so small that only one person could fit at the time. And it didn't even have enough equipment or cleaning. Beside this where more displeasures. We live you two pictures, one of the bathroom sealing and another one of the "nightstand"

The best thing about this property is it’s location as it’s literally right in the town centre. If you are wanting somewhere nice to stay with good facilities I probably wouldn’t recommend but as a boys trip with somewhere safe and clean to sleep and shower for the nights then it was fine.

There is no air-con in the room, but there is a fan so the rooms were able to be kept at a reasonable temperature. At night the sound from the strip can be heard but it is not too loud and we had no problem sleeping, however bring earbuds if you are a light sleeper.

We are a group of 7, 21yrs olds from Wales, We stayed in Pedro Samora for one night, to go out in Albufeira. The 5pm check in was straight forward and the host was there to greet us and open the door. The bathroom facilities were basic but clean and had hot water. The rooms were clean and beds relatively comfortable. There is an outdoor patio area with a washing line for drying wet beach clothes. There are enough sockets in the rooms for each guest. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, it's great value for money and the location is excellent (close to the beach and to the busy restaurant/ bar area)

The house is in terrible condition, old, it even looks abandoned from the outside. Check out is until 11 am and at 8 am the person responsible for the space appears and starts cleaning, making lots of noise almost as if on purpose to expel guests. There was no contact by the person in charge with the guests, they leave the key in a place claiming that there was an unforeseen event and we will pick it up. Maybe they do this because they are ashamed of the house they are renting.

There is no hall upon arrival; you enter directly from the road (very narrow downhill) with many cars. You enter this narrow corridor and pass directly in front of the rooms. The room has no television. There is no heating system (hot / cold). Beds are basic with a budget structure. There is no chair or other type of seating in the room. Table lighting is not connected because there are no electrical outlets. There is no bedside table. There is no mirror in the room. The bathroom is not in the room, it is outside. It is shared with several rooms. The bathroom on our arrival was dirty (on the washbasin there were residues of toothpaste, the shower tray was dirty with residues of other people's detergents, the floor was dirty and water on the floor, the toilet did not allow to enter with the legs sitting between the toilet and the sink, had no windows, no mat, no hygiene products). In the room the state of the walls was unseemly, with stains and impeefections. The closet door is dirty with dirty hands and very low quality wood. The bedspread was dirty and dull from dust. The towel placed on the bed had stains of organic substance (it looked like blood). The dimensions of the room were outside the minimum parameters for a rented double room: from the headboard of the bed on the wall at the foot of the bed, they measure 2 meters (you could not pass between the bed and the wall) and from the wardrobe to the window there they will have been 3 as a maximum. We couldn't fit two in the room. The window looked directly onto the street at the level of the cars and people who could very well look into the room easily when the blinds were opened. The room was smelly. It didn't feel safe and unhygienic, other than being dark and sad.
