The room was situated on the other side of the street, where are some discos and whole evening and night there is some serius noize. Earplugs can fix it, but better windows would be nice.

The location of hotel is ideal, right in the centre, near reastaurants. We can leave a luggage there for free.

what i didn't liked, i discousted at reception and finally was ok

The place is beru well situated. The rooms are small, but if u stay 1-2 days it's ok. If you want to stay longet as we did..and get some rainy days..well..to small..Also the breakfast is the same every days..so after the 3-rd day..you go out for breakfast. But as I said for 1-3 days it's really ok

The noise was deafening. The bars down the street played loud music ALL night long (until 6:00 am) every night. Impossible to sleep. Bring ear plugs!

A bit dark room and bathroom- not enough light to put your make up on. This neighbourhood can be noisy at night, some nights people outside were partying the whole night long. Breakfast is small- not a problem, just a note for those who think it will be a full breakfast. It won’t. There’s no food variety, same bread, cheese and croissant daily.

Location is amazing, very central + close to the train station. There’s an elevator in the property (useful with the luggage). Staff is friendly and helpful.

We always have to give the key back to the receptionist before leaving and it is given back when we return, but they don't always confirm your identity, if you say the number of the room they just give you the key. This is a massive security risk in my opinion, and I didn't feel comfortable with it. Also, keep in mind the street is quite noisy at night (bars, night clubs, etc).

It's centrally located and easy to find. The room was ok for the price, and it included breakfast which was not the best but also satisfactory.

staff is “meh”. for example: I asked for a coffee cup for my instant coffee before the 8 am breakfast time ( barely before 8) as I had an excursion planned and needed to get going. The lady acted totally put out, then proceeded to give me a glass, like a juice glass! I asked her if this is ok for hot… she says yes. And mind you, she got this glass and it was literally right next to coffee mugs. why ?!?! once you put hot water in the juice glass you can’t freaking touch it! it’s scorching hot! anyways, I was totally shocked at the idiocracy of this situation. and other than that, they just really weren’t all the friendly in general. ALSO the room was tiny. ok for one small traveler. I had to turn sideways to get to the toilet and I’m 5’7 and 130#…so not that wide. ha.

The location, because there was a lot of noise on the streets around the guest house until 6:15 in the morning and at 7 they started cleaning the steets with a lot of noise until 8:30.

The mattress in this bed was atrocious! For the location and price paid, the quality of that mattress was disgusting! It caved in as you laidback into it, like a hammock. You could feel the springs on your body. The receptionist was less than professional. A laundry service was offered in the app that was recommended I add to my phone prior to my stay. I asked the receptionist how to schedule my laundry to be washed and ready. She said simply bring it to the desk and she would take care of it. Well upon my return to the room at 9:30 pm, I asked about my laundry and another gentleman said there wasn’t any laundry waiting for me. I went upstairs to check if it was in my room, it wasn’t. I then contacted customer service on the app and emailed and called the numbers provided, the man downstairs answered and said he was trying to find someone to get it washed overnight. I asked for my money back and my dirty clothes back. I left with dirty clothes and a very bad experience with this booking.

The location was great. The size of the room was perfect. The private bathroom was great to have to myself. Breakfast was very good and nicely put together.

upon check-in, we asked that a takeaway breakfast be prepared, as we had an early morning flight. The girl at the reception assured that she would pass it on to her colleagues and we would be able to pick up breakfast in the morning. the man working in the evening explained that he did not know anything and that we would not get any takeaway breakfast. we work at the hospitality industry and we know that we should’ve get our take away breakfast:)

I checked in for keys to my room then went to go grab dinner. The gentleman at the reception desk asked me for my keys?? And stated he needed them while “I was out in case I would loose them?” Ok, number one, I am not a uni student, I don’t look irresponsible, I know this is a hostel, but does not render the right for anyone to keep your keys while your out? Of the hotel your checked into?! Felt real uneasy about that.

Very cold in room - i had to sleep in hoodie and joggers, Bathroom had unpleasant smell, many hairs on the floor/in shower. Mattrace was pretty much used. Mess on the hallways and very poor breakfast.

We found the place overall dirty: stains in the bathroom, the floors not moped, we also found a dead bedbug in the bed cover. The room was very small and noisy (which we knew from all comments) however the shutter didn’t close and this was not fixed, which is not acceptable

The location is very nice, very central. The staff were nice and the breakfast was actually quite good.

Very noisy Dirty

You can hear EVERYTHING what is outside even if you are in the other side of the building. Besides when we asked if it’s noisy, the stuff lied telling us that normally not, but we could not sleep at night because the night club is just nearby. So if you are looking for the parties - it’s your place to stay, but if you want to relax and sleep after exploring the city - definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.
