The elevator is somewhat aged and slow, but it does its job lifting me up to the 8th floor with great views to the park.

Very good location, directly in front of a red subway stop. My room had a balcony looking at the park with the huge fountain. The interieur is very clean and modern.

perfect location, metro was downstairs and within walking distance to the city centre and all the other sightseeings. also added bonus for having 24/7 reception. well worth the money

The location is perfect, right next to the Alameda metro station. The building has an elevator. Our room was small but had a good shower and air conditioning - everything we needed before an early flight the next day.

The room I was given had an amazing view to the "park" - it also had AC and a great big shower. Fonte Luminosa's entrance door is right next to the Alameda metro. The staff had no problem helping me with a luggage problem!

There was only a tiny thing: the bathroom of our bedroom had a funny smell, and we think that it was because of the malfunctioning of the inner bathroom fan.

The room where we spent 4 nights was really nice. It had a small balcony where we could see the Tajo river. It had a really good view. Additionally, the staff was really friendly and everything was spotless, the cleaning was done every single day! We didn't expected that. Overall we were very comfortable.

Great location. Airport to the hotel is a 16min metro ride away and the hotel is literally outside the Alameda metro exit. From there, all the tourist places are a 5-7 min metro ride away. There are a few restaurants around, some that stay open late (11pm weekdays and 12:30am weekends), although there’s little else to do or see in this area. Bakery downstairs is great for a quick breakfast and has Portuguese snacks and coffee. Try Arco de Paris restaurant for some good Portuguese food, about a 10 min walk away. There’s a mini mart right around the corner from the hotel for basic water/groceries. The hotel room was clean and the receptionists were very polite and helpful. WiFi works great, bathrooms have basic soaps. no frills, but it all works fine.

One of my favorite areas to stay in Lisbon. The park is lovely and I like a lot Marchado de Arroios. I recommend for vegetarians Fusion grill restaurant are Rua Ancela Pinto. All was fresh and delicious 💚

Although very basic room, it was comfortably large with a good private bathroom, spotlessly clean, excellent location for the metro to the airport and very good value for money. The view from our window was fabulous. Check in was very efficient. Other reviews mentioned the lift not going up from the 6th floor - but this was not true as we took the lift with our bags all the way up to the 8th floor.

My room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great to be able to leave bags after checkout. Easy to get to from the airport. My room was located on the 8th floor, looking onto the main road so there was quite a bit of traffic noise at night, however this didn't bother me. Rooms on the other side of the building should be quieter.

our airco didnt work. There was water flowing out our shower when we took a shower.

very clean and big room with airconditioning. Good situated at the metrostation Alameda with a direct connection to the airport. it is 5-10 minutes with metro to the main citycenter. 24/24 reception with good communication. Very quiet in the building for a good rest. They clean every day your room. A little restaurant under the hotel for a nice breakfast. A nice place to stay when you want to visit Lisbon.

The air-conditioner didn't work well. No mini-fridge (not really a problem because you have supermarket just outside with cheap ice-cold water). Could be a bit loud from the street from time to time.

Friendly and helpfull staff, easy to check-in, good wifi, included safe, many windows, many places to eat and shop, close to subway/train, nice park just outside.

Beds are small and uncomfortable.

Great location and clean rooms. Beds need a serious upgrade and some staff have a bit of a language barrier but nothing that prevents basic communication
