Breakfast was a bit basic and the coffee machine didn't work properly. In a city centre it's almost better to go to a cafe for breakfast. But it was a nice surprise that it was included in the price.

Everything was fine. The room was straightforward - no frills - but with everything we needed. The location is really good and handy for the Metro at Rossio as well as plenty of restaurants in the area.

The bed was as hard as nails and the pillows were lumpy. They did not did not hold a shape. The bed was so uncomfortable we did not get much sleep.

The pillows are hard. No extra blankets in room supplied. Area possibly a bit sketchy at night..

Missed breakfast as was departing early. The location was "just out of the tourist zone". Many restaurants around as well as a large supermarket. Room very clean but basic. The night male desk clerk very helpful in the early morning as I tried to get an UBER

The staff were friendly. The room was large. It was clean. There was a lift. Room came with breakfast which was more than adequate.

* Street can get loud at night * We stayed in 2 rooms, in one of them the bathroom door wouldn't close, it did even have a latch * both rooms were directly in front of the elevator, so some noise also from there.

* Location is great! walking distance from most attractions and very close to Rossio station, and the famous tram 28! * 24hrs reception * Great if you are looking for a simple clean room to spend the nights

A decent room in a good location. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, fast wifi. The hotel is well situated, right in the center close to the subway station and main attractions.

Found the bed very hard. (Pillows great, blankets good.) The trams driving by were hard to ignore.

The room was smelling every morning between 09:00-12:00 (Lisbon must have a general drainage issue in many houses). Not comfortable WFH facilities, poor WiFi connection.

Convenient location (3 minutes walk from the subway, downtown strolling, 7 minutes away from the central train station), value for money, cycling lanes, very clean, nice view, window in the room.

You can’t do anything about the place across the street. Would step out the door and there would be people asking for money. I know they are in a difficult way, but one has only so much to give, they are unfortunate, but one can do only so much.

Great location, close to all tourist attractions. Most staff very friendly and informative. Breakfast good, fresh and a good start to the day. Food staff were excellent and very friendly. Cleaning staff do a great job.

Breakfast was included but not very rich. Apart from a variety of cheese, butter, jam, ham, corn flakes and bread, there is not much variety. The air conditioner in the room was noisy and not very efficient.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The famous tram number 28 is 1 minute walk away. The hotel is old but clean enough. One feels like staying in a good hotel in the 1970s. The staff is helpful. My daughter especially liked the old-style open elevator. If you do not expect too much luxury and comfort, it is possible to start walking around the center as soon as you step out of the hotel. There are 2 supermarkets for necessities very close by. Our room was cleaned and beds were made daily.

Toilet has a sewage smell when the toilet window was left closed. But once you leave the window open, the smell is gone. So it is manageable.

this room was much smaller and older than the one I stayed in previously, so I was disappointed, street noise made it difficult to sleep, definitely, no windows room is more comfortable

apartment is poor,lack of facilities, air conditioner was stuck in +25, we were unable to change a temperature and night time feel like hell 🥹🥹 we were unable to open windows because there were lost of mosquitoes, my kid's face is fully beaten. in bathroom was not any shampoo or shower gel, was not water. apartment was cleaned, they did cleand second day also, but in the hall was some smell of chemicals

No shampoo etc. door is very hard to close. Washroom sink drainage is too slow!
