Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A great location, within an easy walk from the train station. Lovely rooms, great view and excellent facilities. We asked staff for extra pillows and some crockery and this was no problem.

United StatesCoffee was burnt both mornings from cooking in the burner constantly, & the eggs were cold. Better to use one of the many street cafes for better quality and a hot meal with good coffee.
Location and price are both excellent. The staff was extremely helpful & even drew a detailed map of the location of the world's cleanest self-service laundromat with very good coffee for 50 cents.

The location is good. It is just near the arch so no need to drag the luggage for long distance after departing from train station.

GermanyEven late arrival was announced and confirmed the hotel was locked. No one was reacting on door bell or calling the number mentioned in the booking confirmation. On the delivery door we found a number were someone picked-up and arranged a staff to open the entrance door.

PolandVery small rooms and limited space in common areas (e.g dining area). You may experience issues if you would like to leave the luggage after the check-out because of the limited space for storage. However it was not the case for us. We were allowed to leave our luggage before the check-in and we did not need it after tge check-out.
Perfect location in Braga. Hotel is new, located in the revamped old building, very nicely designed. However the space is limited everywhere. Rooms are really small, the common areas are small as well. Everything was done to maximize the space by the right design but still it was not enough. The breakfast was quite ok.

IrelandMy train to Lisbon was not direct on Wednesday as told by the Hotel. Minor hiccup. Was not very important as I made the connection to Lisbon safely. Thank you. Friendly, down to earth, courteous staff, made me feel very welcome.
