it is located in the old city around the courtyards and nice mini restaurants. the rooms have a blend of old and new nuances; the staff were very courteous. the Hotel was good value for money

It’s a pretty small area and it was sometimes crowded and difficult to move around.

Tiny room size

The room and amenities were comfy given the tiny size of the room. The room had a very modern feeling and had excellent dinner spot. The windows are very well spundproofed and the lightning was exceptional

our room had a rather poorly lit short corridor so it was difficult to see where to tap the entry card.

With the windows open it was noisy. Closing windows and turning on the air conditioner was no problem. We wish hotel rooms had a kettle so we could make ourselves a hot drink!

A great location, within an easy walk from the train station. Lovely rooms, great view and excellent facilities. We asked staff for extra pillows and some crockery and this was no problem.

Coffee was burnt both mornings from cooking in the burner constantly, & the eggs were cold. Better to use one of the many street cafes for better quality and a hot meal with good coffee.

Location and price are both excellent. The staff was extremely helpful & even drew a detailed map of the location of the world's cleanest self-service laundromat with very good coffee for 50 cents.

The room is rather small, though it is a junior suite. The hot meal is just so so, the bread looks like had been served overnight(s), might because it is in low season.

The location is good. It is just near the arch so no need to drag the luggage for long distance after departing from train station.

The room was tiny, no place to put suitcases or clothes except for a few hangars over one nightstand. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

We had an enjoyable stay and found the staff to be very friendly, welcoming and helpful with any of our queries. Found the room to be nice and comfortable. Breakfasts were good with plenty of choice including some cooked items. Highly recommended to visitors to this area.

The design is wonderful: old and modern integrated in one building. Centrally located. The staff is super nice and helpful.

Even late arrival was announced and confirmed the hotel was locked. No one was reacting on door bell or calling the number mentioned in the booking confirmation. On the delivery door we found a number were someone picked-up and arranged a staff to open the entrance door.

The size of the restaurant- brunch was a big tight in pandemic time. The hotel staff was superb kindly, we had an issue with a noisy room and was changed inmediatly.

Very small rooms and limited space in common areas (e.g dining area). You may experience issues if you would like to leave the luggage after the check-out because of the limited space for storage. However it was not the case for us. We were allowed to leave our luggage before the check-in and we did not need it after tge check-out.

Perfect location in Braga. Hotel is new, located in the revamped old building, very nicely designed. However the space is limited everywhere. Rooms are really small, the common areas are small as well. Everything was done to maximize the space by the right design but still it was not enough. The breakfast was quite ok.

My room (400) was very confortable, a mix of simplicity, modernism & romantic déco. Breakfast was correct, and everything was really fresh. Croissants were perfect! Personnel were kind and very helpful.

Rooms are very small but expected for a boutique hotel, breakfast could be a lot better as once they ran out of food it wasn’t replaced, morning staff not as friendly as manager

My train to Lisbon was not direct on Wednesday as told by the Hotel. Minor hiccup. Was not very important as I made the connection to Lisbon safely. Thank you. Friendly, down to earth, courteous staff, made me feel very welcome.
