Wifi in the room didn't work. Hotel owner wanted to charged just to keep luggage on the floor. At night there's a man ( not sure of it's part of the hotel) who stays in the building and smells so bad..

Other residents may be noisy. The bathroom and window are dirty. The curtains need to be changed and the chairs. The bathroom socket needs repair. And one of the hairdryers is not working. The walls are thin. Something should be done about the door to the room because it moves so much when other people are moving around in the flat

Communication was smooth and fast. Getting in was easy. The lift works well and is simple. The location of the apartment is very good. The room was not extra. Not in very good condition. The floor was cleaned, but there was dust in the air. The curtains touched the mattress (and consequently were next to the face) and were not cleaned at all - and even though long, the light easily get into the room each morning. If we moved the pillows we could see the dust in the air - and for someone allergic as me, each morning I felt my nose blocked. The sheets were too small for the mattress so very easily get removed. I would recommend a more deep cleaning at the flat, but mostly at the rooms - toilets were in very good state. The staff was helpful - but as there is no reception there are not many opportunities to actually see them.

Stairs were quite narrow to take our bikes to the 2nd floor, which gave us a bit of a stress along whith the information received right before our check-in time that we need to keep them in the hall not in a closed secure place as agreed. This gave us an uncertainity about our stay, but luckily our room was big enough to store our bikes securely.

One of the toilets did not properly work and started leaking. The room was very small and only had one plug for charging and the bed was right below the window so we kept hitting the open window during the sleep.

It's only for people that are planning to eat outside. we didn't like that there was no window in the toilet and it always smells. The room was very hot and there was no air fryer or air conditioner.

We liked the design of the room, we were given towels and it was very nice. Shower was clean.
