Living room would benefit from a couple side tables, there was no where to put a drink down.

Great location opposite the main market. Easy access to main shopping streets and restaurants. A bit of a hike down to the water and back but Porto is hilly. Good communication with hosts, easy access to apartment with app and key. Comfy beds and blackout blinds.

Everything was as expected! :) If I was being picky, some minor improvement areas: the shower didn't have hot water one of the evenings (but was fine the next morning) and the shower door didn't stay closed; a 2nd bedside table would be useful and some more sockets near the bed.

The location was great and within easy walking distance of everything! The bed was very comfortable, the aircon worked well, and everything was as expected from the pictures!

Day before arrival/Last minute, change of Apartment location..in same street but slightly further away from town...shower in one ensuite was broken, reported next morning and was fixed...

There was no tea kettle for heating water, although there was a microwave and stovetop so could heat water with those. Although the location was not far from things, I might have preferred to be a little closer to the old town and river...it was a nice 20 minute walk (downhill) to the river.

The staff support was really excellent--helping us find and navigate the garage/parking and taking us to the property a short walk (2 minutes) away. We really appreciated the easy communication via WhatsApp as we got a bit lost and are not very "digital savvy" with digital key cards. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and had a really nice balcony to sit on in the sun. The bathrooms and kitchen were good as well (2 bathrooms, with one shower). Also had a washing machine and a drying rack. and an elevator (essential after walking up and down hills and stairs all day)!

The only issue I had is that address on the booking and the address of the actual apartment was slightly different so our transfer had a different address round the corner. One issue within the apartment is that it doesn't have a full length mirror.

Location is the absolute best, right outside the Market. Everything was clean, towels, crockery etc. Enough beds for everyone.

We liked the location and close parking. Quiet area but short walk to lots of food and attractions. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. We also liked the towel warmer. Love the black-out shutters.

No smart TV. Water wets the bathroom floor when showering as there's no doors to some of the showers.

Easy electronic entry to the apartment. 5 bathrooms was extra convenient. Good location for walking around Porto. There's a lift for the apartment.

An immaculately clean, very spacious property with en-suite to each of the 3 bedrooms plus another bathroom. A great location right opposite the entrance to the fantastic Bolhao market.

The virtual key is awkward to use. Sometimes several attempts and different users were necessary. The keypad for manual use is small. We also got stuck in the elevator and thankfully a neighbor came to help. The maintenance company came 20 minutes later and regretfully I had to get back in the elevator and let them in for inspection.

Spacious apartment, six of us stayed in one apartment, great location. Our host kept in touch with us and was easy to contact, they rang before we left the UK and organised for us to be picked up from the airport and taken to our apartment. We organised for them to take us back to the airport, a great service.

Staff was so friendly and helpful and took care of our arrival really well. The flat was really well designed. We had all the amenities we needed. Contact via WhatsApp was easy, they replied instantly when we had a question.
