Old facilities, with large gaps in the window frames where drafts come through, and the frames themselves rattle in the wind. Poor sound insulation.

The bed was a little hard for me.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the room had what i needed. The curtains privided a good blackout of the whole room.

No equipment in bathroom (no blowdryer, no extra toilet paper, no shampoo nor shower gel). Very noisy: the construction works in the building nearby started early and lasted all day.

Garden terrace has a nice atmosphere, the possible use of kitchen and very near to a bus station bringing you everywhere.

Long flights of stairs with no lift. This could be challenging if you are carrying a lot of luggage. No breakfast or tea / coffee options in the kitchen as it is shared with the property owners.

The guy at reception was very friendly and accommodating. When we pointed out that we had booked a room with AC, he immediately moved us to another room, without any issue. The hotel is closely located to the metro station which will take you to Sao Bento station and the marina. Rooms were comfortable as well.

Felt undone. They have been renovating an old appartement and it was not done. Bathroom was soaked after a shower.

If you sleep with an opened window it’s super noisy, no elevator, room is quite small, no check in before 3 pm (even tho we asked for it in advance)

The staff was kind and helpful, helped us to bring the luggage to the 3rd floor and back. The place was clean.

Walls and doors a bit too thin so we could see lights on and hear people chatting outside our room.

Staff were friendly and quite helpful. My partner forgot his glasses when we left and they sent it to our home. It was well located, the area wasn't noisy at all.

Not completed renovation at the part, where we were accomodated - empty kitchen, non-working fridge, room door does not close (if you don't lock it), sound isolation next to not existing. We've got proposal to change the room close to the end of stay, but that did not make much sense for the last 2 nights.

Old house renovated to hostel. Room and bathroom are clean, staff is attentive. Metro station, some cafes in walking distance.

Unfortunately, the bed was so what uncomfortable as it was uneven. There were no toiletries provided and so have to buy your own which can be a bit difficult if you do not know where to go or have the correct type of payment method.

The staff members were very accommodating and increcedibly friendly. The location is not too far off the main centre and is easily walkable.The room was clean. There is a local restaurant nearby and bakery.

Room was not really soundproof, you could hear other people from their rooms. Bathroom did not have a proper door. Receptionist's English was not very good.

Accommodation was in good quite location very close to the metro and not too far from the centre. Many breakfast places nearby. It was clean, the street wasn't loud, nothing to complain overal.

The location was great, easy access to train stations and the inner city, but was still quiet. The room had lovely air conditioning. The bathroom was great.

The soundproofing in the room was poor. The room was also damp, the heater did not have time to dry it during the stay. But it was early spring, the situation will improve later.

The room was clean and spacious. it was located outside the main tourist spots. There would have been room for a couple of chairs. it would have brought homeliness to the room.

No fridge and room finishing needs refreshing. Great shower but no door. Curtain not very effective for water containment.

Low price and comfortable bed. Large room. Reception staff were very helpful. Near to metro for access to Porto.

I didnt like that the fridge in the kitchen was a bit dirty and there weren't enough cutlery and the isolation for the noise could be better

I like the room I got, it was big and with private bathroom and the staff helped us with all we asked. The time of check in and out was adapted to our needs and they minded our lugagge the last day.
