The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was large, bright and airy with a great view across the buildings and down to the river. The location was fantastic. 2 min stroll to the river.

on a very noisy street, even in the middle of the night there were very loud motorcycle noises. I’m not a light sleeper and was woken up by the noise.

Everything! Very clean and comfortable rooms, with good refreshments available. The complimentary bottle of wine in our room was a nice touch, as was the free glass of wine at the adjoining bar. Breakfast was excellent, and the location is central for exploring the area.

We had a Superior room and it was wonderful. Very quiet. There wasn't much of a view but we actually liked that it was so relaxing without the street sounds. The staff was great, the location ideal. I would 100% stay there again.

Breakfast doesn't start until shortly after 8 am. Tours start at 8 or 8:15. Breakfast should start no later than 7:30 so that guests can eat and make their tours.

Friendly, professional, attentive,helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Treats in the room. Bar downstairs is an extra pleasant space.

Beds could be more comfortable but acceptable. Location - when having rooms in the back - is directly facing police station and hard club (free podium for musicans) which can be noisy at night. But noises die down after midnight. (only issue with open window).

Great breakfast with fresh orange juice, fruit and bread. Choice of cheese, smoked salmon, smoked ham, .... . Eggs, bacon, pancakes on request. Friendly staff. Helpfull looking for rental car, bus itinerary. Superb location in middle of old district. Rooms are spacious.

Great hotel in a super location - 15/20 minute walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Very fresh and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. Really nice continental breakfast also, with a choice of pancakes or eggs if desired.

The location was an ideal base for exploring the city by foot. Our room was spacious, all the staff were very friendly and the breakfast options and set-up was perfect! Also, our room was super quiet despite facing a busy street.

The room needs a dresser to allow clothes to be put away (out of suitcase).bathroom could use towel / clothes hooks . Charge to get more comfortable pillows seems unreasonable

The room had very little storage space for clothes. The shower did not drain well, so that in the morning I would be stepping into cold water to turn on the shower.

The desk staff was great. They were able to provide advice on the best way to get to the sites that we really wanted to see and helped arrange transportation. Very proficient with English.
