The room, although large, was a little small for three people (we traveled with our 16-year-old son), it was well presented and clean. We really expected, from the photos and description, more space. For example, little space to put and manipulate suitcases. Also the bathroom is small. In relation to the cost, I think it is a little expensive if I compare it with another hotel where I stayed the first three days just one block from this one.

It is a relatively small hotel but very nice and clean. Excellent attention at the reception. Very well located and close to the Metro.

Location was close to many of the attractions. There is a bus stop near by. Room was well equipped and clean Breakfast was enough. Nothing much but good.

Great hotel, with approachable and helpful staff. There's a small pool on the rooftop terrace which has some views over Lisbon. Good choice of food for breakfast which was delicious every morning. Location is good too, and there's a few restaurants in the area. Our room was comfortable and of an adequate size with everything we needed for our stay. Overall the hotel was faultless and we would stay again .

The room faced the wall of another building so we kept the curtains drawn all the time. Ok for a night’s stay but ask for a better facing room if stay is longer.

Room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Hotel was in a good location. The Italian restaurant was very good. We also had the €15 buffet breakfast which offered a very decent spread.

We choose this hotel to accommodate us during our wedding in Portugal. It was a very important occasion, so we wanted to be comfortable during our stay and not worry about anything. This is exactly how it was - fantastic room, excellent view, the kindest staff, truly superb breakfasts, no issues upon check-in and check-out. We faced a minor issue with a clogged drain in the shower, but we brought it up on the reception and it was fixed by the time we got home from dinner, which just shows how excellent the staff is. Definitely would stay here again!

The hotel was in a great location, very close to the metro station for getting to the main attractions. We had a lovely breakfast every morning with lots of variety. The hotel was very clean and staff were very nice!

The hotel was very clean, the interior was modern and elegant, everyone working there was kind and openly friendly to help in any way or give advice. The breakfast offered everything you could wish for. Walking distance to downtown was around 15 minutes.

There was nothing to dislike - everything was up to standard and met my expectations.

The hotel is well-located, out of the tourist centre, but just around the corner from the Marques de Pombal Metro station, which connects you to the rest of the city. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and the room was very spacious (I particularly liked the dumb butler - very useful when hanging up work clothes, when on a business trip), and serviced with a tea/coffee station and a mini-bar. The breakfast was abundant of very high quality. All in all, very good value for money.

Location is very central, close to all amenities with a good walk to the central of Lisbon and well contacted by transport. Staff very friendly and helpful in all your questions, and hotel pool and sauna were superb ! Recommended.

If you have a big car, try to find parking somewhere nearby because I already damaged my rental twice now from the tiny parking garages that are so common in Portugal, it's something to keep in mind. But the parking garage is clean and good quality, not complaints, especially if you have a smaller car.

Excellent location and service. We are pleased to have found this place. Last year, we stayed next door and it was less enjoyable. We are happy to have been able to experience both locations because it's near the places we want to tour.
