Internet was not working in our room, only in the common area.

Check-in was very easy and pleasant. Room was decent, had balcony. Plenty of parking. Wish we were at higher level to have to best view. Good breakfast was included.

Overall a bit dated. Bathrooms clean but could do with some renovating. Facilities were overall basic but did the job.

Breakfast included and a good variety of food available. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Television in communal room, so we could watch the Eurovision!

It feels very institutional and a little run down. The kitchen is not very well stocked and only has about 5 plates for a place that has a lot of beds. It was very noisy because all of the door closers are out of adjustment so there was a lot of door slamming going on all night.

We had to leave the common room when playing pool, as it was getting late, not quite what I expected.

The balcony had a great view. Breakfast was included in the price (however we didn't end up having any, but it did look very nice though) The bathroom facilities were good. Being only a short drive from the city centre was amazing. Porto itself.

it’s far from city centre (5km), facilities were a bit old, the kitchen was small for such amount of rooms

Breakfast start on 8.30am, on 2nd day...wait for long queue almost 9am to get breakfast.

the mattress had clear sign of use, for people with back problem, could have issue to have a good night of sleep.

view to the Douro river. Breakfast, simple but good, had the basic to a good start of the day. The room has wardrobe to keep some of the clothes.

Again, cost vs benefit wise, it was ok staying.

From cost and benefit point of view, it was fine. Especially there are a lot of free parking slots available close by the hotel.

The location is good overall, but some weird people were walking around, a bit of noise from the street during the night, didn´t feel safe.

The wifi in the room was not working. The dishes at the breakfast were not very clean.

The walls were a bit thin and you could hear when loud neighbours came back at night. The location was difficult to find using google maps.

The breakfast was nice and a self service. The bathrooms were cleans and well kept. The staff were nice enough to store our luggage before and after checkout.

The facilities are a little old - nothing against that; also, I think kitchen should be better equiped - more cutlery (like sharp knife to cut something) would be great

We stayed for only one night - the advantages are low price and breakfast included:) the staff was friendly and the room was ok - I did not expect anything fancy and what I got was enough.

Check in is quite late, and the place could use a little maintenance in places (for instance the doorknobs make a lot of noise at night, which could be fixed very cheaply with some spray lubricant) The room is hot if you don’t open the patio doors, BUT, if you open the doors you’re greeted with an unpleasant smell coming from outside. There was also a super bright flood light right outside our room, that stayed on all night. It’s a light in the hostel’s own courtyard (not the street), so I’m not sure why they keep it on after midnight. Not a dealbreaker since you can use an eye mask, but kind of annoying.

It’s cheap and includes breakfast, and the location is good. Staff is friendly and there’s a lot of transit options. The area is also pretty quiet.
