The room does not have air conditioning and I noticed that the hotel is not well maintained. My room, for example, had dirty walls that needed to be painted and a bathroom with aging and rusty equipment in some parts. Not good for a four-star hotel.

The size of the room and the friendliness of the staff are the hotel's highlights. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. I enjoyed my stay, but the hotel needs to improve in some areas. Does not meet the expectations of a four-star hotel.

The a/c wasn’t working, but an open window made the room comfortable. The room’s access card kept losing its programming. We had to ask the receptionist to reprogram it every day. The hotel is remodeling, so hopefully these issues will be dealt with soon.

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. Parking was convenient and safe. Location was also good. Near metro, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The conference room was large and adequate.

The room decoration is very old, and due some renovation. There was mould on the walls and one stain on the mattress. Additionally one of the two beds was made up with plastic bedsheets which was not comfortable (also odd that it was only one of the two beds).

The staff was really nice. Especially the ones working at reception were very attentive.

Decor and carpets in corridors are a bit dated. One of the bedroom doors didn't close with air conditioning on it closed when it was switched off.

Breakfast was included with the booking, had pastries and bottle water in the room which was a bonus.

The second lift needs to be REPAIRED. Booking.com could include breakfast in the price, or at least the option. This would avoid confusion later. And surprise overriding, where the customer has no real choice.

The location of the hotel is central to everything and there is Metrolink less than a minute walk away. Breakfast was great. Very friendly staffs. Dinner lovely but takes time for cooking.

The restaurant! The hotel itself is outdated and does not deserve 4 stars. Also the restaurant looks more like a school cantina. But the food! The food was superb! Being a large family we had several different dishes and deserts but everything tasted fantastic! And the food was very cheap as well. I recommend it to everybody!

Beds not ideal for 3 people if you are with teenage kids. Low soundproof, I could here the room beside me in the bathroom. Bathroom handle was dirty Long shower place but no curtain or glass door at the end so even with the best attempt, water gets out.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, not far from metro station, grocery shop, fast foods (walking distance). Big bedroom for 2 and big bathroom Comfortable bed. Fridge and air conditioning available and working well. The hotel even provide you a bottle of water in your room which was much appreciated with the heat.
