Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was well laid out and worked like a dream. Coffee machine freshly ground the beans so fresh and beautiful coffee served. A full choice of fruit carbs protein bakery and cereal based breakfasts to suit every taste apart from Asian. Fittings in the rooms were superior quality especially in the bathroom. Built to last and worked well particularly the shower. Beds comfy and immaculately made. Mine were twins which they immediately changed to a king when asked. Aircon simple to control and worked well. Staff smiley and helpful from reception to housekeeping.

If you decide to walk to downtown it is a beautiful and easy walk going thru parque Eduardo VII and avenida da Libertade . Staff is awesome, delicious breakfast.
