Bungalows were quite small and made of timber. Gr pool & views. Wifi was practically non-existent. Location pretty good although far from restaurants etc. Cheap!!

The Noise from the Aircon. But that was A me Problem for not setting it correctly. Check with the staff and ensure A good nights sleep.

The whole experience from start to finish was enjoyable. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms. Very Nice Pool (well maintained and clean).

Tired rooms and fixtures. Bed was hard. However, if you want luxury then pay luxury prices.

A short hop out of the centre and into the country suited us as we had a dog with us.

Wifi wasn't great. Really, I ended up using my mobile network most of the stay. Breakfast was also quite weak. I wouldn't call that a "full continental". Not even a "half continental"... Basic breakfast (coffee or tea & bread with butter) shouldn't be more than 1,50€/2€. And the "full" continental definitely shouldn't be 7,50€ for the additional orange juice and a few half slices of ham & cheese... And why is it all in uneven numbers?? 5 slices of bread for 2 and the ham & cheese halves varied in quantity but they never matched the number of slices of bread... I was just confused by that. Main point is: breakfast and wifi could be much improved.

Quiet location, outside of central Évora. It has free parking! The welcoming staff was nice. Pool looked nice (it rained so we didn't get to enjoy it) and was open all day (until 8pm). Bedroom was ok - served the purpose. Bed was comfy. (The bedroom was perhaps missing a table, a hair dryer and a couple of glasses.) It's dog friendly, apparently (we saw other guests with dogs) and there were several cats all-over the outside property.

There was not a single roll of toilet paper! Our room was next to the swimming pool and other guests came early with their bluetooth speakers, which was a bit annoying. It's not really the hotel's fault, but it still affected our stay / sleep quality, as we could hear everything from our room.

The staff was kind to give us the keys a bit in advance! The AC was well working and saving our lives from insane heat outside.

The property is big but could use some TLC. the room furnishings were out dated but served their purpose. No coffee pot in the room. we did not have breakfast in the property but there was an offering of coffee at their main building. we did not explore the building, it was a 1 night stay, and the price worked for us. the property is out of town so I felt a car was a must to get around. Parking is in the property, near your assigned apartment/bedroom.

Good Price. it is a “Finca”- out of town- it is as described. it worked for our needs. The room was a 1 bedroom suite with a separate living room area, and a full bathroom. furniture needs to be updated but it was clean and spacious.

Bathroom was functionable but was a bit worn.

The pool and refridgerator was nice. Also the view was nice and bed was big and comfy. Very supportive staff, when i needed help (late arrival). Dont trust Google map, when driving there - Last road it suggestet was not a road. :)

The grounds were unkempt and in desprit need of maintenance. The room wasn't clean, the bathroom floor tile needed work, the soap dispenser in the shower looked ready to fall off, the two chairs on our private deck were filthy and there was a puddle on the plastic table. The staff was not accommodating, we were the only couple for breakfast and they would not make coffee before 8:30 even though it tasted like the coffee was made the night before and then hot water added so it wasn't cold. The breakfast that we paid 3.50 each for consisted of 3 pieces of white bread each, one paddy of butter, one packet of jam and the aforementioned coffee. Overall, very shabby.

The room looked unfinished with mouldy bathroom and no shower hanger. The towels were shredding and looked very old. Access to room was through gravel. Room full.of dust and cob webs.

Location was great and staff was nice. Price was very affordable.

The place was difficult to find in the middle of nowhere. There was a fridge but it was completely empty. A small bottle of water would have been a good gesture as it was boiling hot and no shops nearby.

The room was very dirty. The mini bar was to small like a car fridge. There was no WIFI in the room.

The pool was lovely. the room was big . We didn't eat breakfast. The bath room was big . The beds were comfortable.

The minibar was not a minibar it was a car refrigerator! I had to use the refrigerator of the staff for the food I brought with us. The room had no WIFI!! The room was dirty.

Things we didn't like were mainly in our room: - balcony door didnt lock - toilet seat loose - strange smell in the bathroom - room not clean (including bathroom) - rusty bin and towel hanger in bathroom

Things we LOVED: - location is amazing, out in the countryside - fantastic view from the balcony - room a very decent size including the balcony - nice pool (pool furniture pretty tatty though) - staff very helpful - pet friendly- main reason we chose here so we could stay with our dog - value for money
