Room was ok, it was little old but the renovation is good. The carpet on the floor is not preferred as there is dust. If the place was close to city center would be great for tourists.

The view from the hotel was really good. It is close to Airport and good connectivity through Metro. The staff was very courtious and the check in check out process was very smooth.

The hotel is quite dated and needs some work to bring it up to date. Rooms are tired but comfortable. Location is out of the city and the metro (located next to the hotel) is the main way to get into town and can be crowded depending on time of day.

My room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. The room does need renovation - it shows a lot, a lot of wear.

It was very clean, they changed towels every day, the mattress was very comfortable, convenient location - just at the entrance of a metro station, metro goes until 1 am, breakfast was very good.

The water in the shower was not going away that easily so we were afraid of flooding the bathroom and took quicker showers

Would give hotel a 10 except that the bed was very stiff. Had assumed with the Ramade/Wyndham franchise beds would have been more comfortable, was primary reason for booking this hotel. The location appeared dicey when driving in, but we had no issues. Would have enjoyed premade coffee availability in lobby.

Staff was welcoming and helpful greeting us at curb to help with luggage. Room was spacious with separate door/room for bathroom which was nice. Large bathroom and shower. Pillows great on bed. Spectacular view of the water. Location was quiet. Was a bit further from airport than envisioned, but no issue with 4:30am Bolt other than high price for prebooking to ensure had transportation. Metro is nearby.

At check-in , paid room city tax in full by cash. Reception staff (man) told me receipt will be given to me at check out. At check-out, a different reception staff (man) told me to pay 4 Euros for room city tax. When I disagree because it was already fully paid, the staff wanted me to show the receipt, but I said it was to be given to me at check out. This incident shows that the hotel reception staff cannot be trusted to collect money! Hotel guests must be alerted to such bad situations at Ramada Lisbon.

The shower in my room was not working well. The water that flowed out of the shower head was not smooth and strong enough, and it was hard to adjust the water to the right temperature. Although the breakfast was good, the menu is the same every day. I was okay with it, but my friend was getting tired of having the same food for breakfast by the third day. We stayed for 5 nights. Might not be a problem for guests who are only staying for 3 nights or less, but guests who book longer stays in the hotel may feel the same way as my friend did. Do consider preparing alternate menus for breakfast every day for greater variety.

The location is perfect! Even though it's not at the city centre, Olaias metro station is just a short walk from the hotel, making travel from the hotel to any part of Lisbon easy. The room had everything that we needed - a safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, just to name a few. Breakfast tasted good and was to my liking.

The bed was horrible. It made squeaky sounds whenever one of us moved and the double bed is very small for two persons (average or rather slim, NOT obese!!). It almost made it impossible to even get some sleep

The location is perfect, very central and right next to the metro station. There are many restaurants nearby.

Very silent and well located. Its close to the airport (15 minutes by subway or car). Downstairs you’ll find a bakery to have breakfast or lunch. Also there’s a supermarket nearby.

The rooms are not really sound proof (one night we heard someone crying in the next room until 2 am) and they could definitely use a refresh, as the furniture looked a bit old and worn as well (at least in our room)

The location is decent (not in the heart of the city, but fortunately there is a metro station at 50 m), the staff was really helpful and friendly. Also, our room had a beautiful river view.
