The apartment's kitchen was old and not well stocked for cooking a meal.

The breakfast offered is delicious and plentiful and the eating area is comfortable with lots of natural light.

When I booked the room, I chose 2 adults and 2 kids and I mention in my preference that it is 4 of us, and I payed it, and then noticed that after that, the booking.com changed it to 2 adults only (probably some bug, property is giving the same price for both choices). I wrote to the property right away, explaining situation but they didn't understand or didn't accept my explanation. So, I hat to writing several times, explaining the same things, and it took days to realise that I need to write to the booking.com support to clear the situation. After that I finally got confirmation from both booking.com and the property that we will have room for all 4 of us with breakfast for all 4 of us. Everything was fine when we arrived.

Excellent location near metro station, perfect for exploring the city. Room was nice, breakfast was good although similar choice each day. Staff was polite, willing to provide explanations and recommendations.

The room was dark and dingy and in dire need of an upgrade. We stayed for 3 nights but we didn't really feel like staying in as it wasn't really a comfortable space! The furniture needs upgrading, the cupboards in the kitchen were worn out and there was hardly any light in the apartment. The photos on the website are rather misleading.

Great location for the Metro and just about walkable to the main attractions in the city. Breakfast was really good and the restaurant part is nicely done interior wise and there's a nice selection of foods. Staff were helpful at breakfast and check-in/out. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the shower as powerful as a jet hose!

Despite the fantastic breakfast, they did not serve pancakes for the kids. Unfortunate but it's definitely not a deal breaker.

Great service, fantastic breakfast, very good commodities, kind employees, and very helpful. We came 3 hours later than expected due to flight issues, frontdesk helped us with a smile and understanding.

Location is very good. Very nice area, convenient to reach any part of the city. Much stores to drink and eat in the vicinity, El Corte Ingles shopping mall is on 5 minutes walk. I liked the cable TV with many channels (one TV in living room and another one in bedroom) and wi-fi signal that is working without interruptions. Since I had flight late evening staff kept my things last day so I could walk free everywhere around :)

- The bottom side of the bathroom-door was rotten. - The wall of the shower had some mold stains. - Curtains couldn’t close properly. - Remote control from the TV in the living room was missing, and the TV didn’t work.

There were some times when there was construction noise close to our room. Didn't bother us much since we were out for most of the day.

The location was great. Next to Cortes Ingles which is a mall with groceries and lots of good restaurants that are open late except for Sundays. It's a 5 min walk from the metro, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant staff were super helpfull and let me bring breakfast in the room cause my kids couldn't wait up early enough. The kitchen was very convenient for our family as one of my kids is a picky eater so had to make some food.

Moquette in the room was not very clean, forniture were very old like years 80/90. Sofà bed good enough only for 2 small kids
