The air conditioner pipe should be placed in a bucket instead of leaving the water to drip on the floor, this can be accidental due to slippery surfaces especially for kids who tend to run about.

Everything! The Host, Maria is a rare gem! The attention to details is incredible! We were made to feel welcomed upon check in. She got us fresh fruits in the fruit basket, port wine and snacks for the kids. This is a beautiful touch Maria, keep it up! 👍🏻 The apartment is small but mighty, everything you need for an enjoyable stay was made available. Perfect for a family of 4 with small kids. Location is quite central, close to shops. I will highly recommend this place.

Our stay in Refugio was exceptional! The owner, an extremely polite and amazing lady, exceeded our expectations with her warm hospitality and attention to details. The flat was very clean, and she thoughtfully provided everything we might need, including a delightful surprise of welcome drinks, fruits, and coffee. The convenience of free parking, just a short walk around the corner, made our arrival stress-free. Although the flat was small, its comfort and cleanliness stood out. The terrace was a huge plus, offering a pleasant space to unwind. Conveniently located near a metro station, a few minutes' walk from the main street, and a pleasant 20-minute walk to the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, the apartment's location was ideal for exploring the city. The added bonus of free parking and a charming terrace made this stay a perfect blend of comfort, and convenience. A heartfelt thank you, Maria, for making our Porto visit so special!

Honestly nothing negative to say at all !

Absolutely amazing little apartment. From the moment we arrived, Maria was so welcoming and had everything we could possibly need ready for us. The apartment itself was very spacious, incredibly clean and felt like a home away from home. We cannot recommend it enough.

Nothing to do with the wonderful apartment but the area and street was not very attractive. There was construction in the next apartment that started very early and went on late into the night. I did not do enough research and found the apartment was further out of the center than I thought. The parking is in a garage in the next street, there is no parking outside the apartment and this made moving our cases in and out difficult.

This apartment is very clean and modern inside. Every space has been carefully thought out. Maria was a fantastic host, she met us at the apartment and gave us lots of information. There was a huge selection of fruit, wine, beer, cookies, tea, coffee and treats left for us which was lovely.

There is nothing to write here. It was absolutely perfect.

This apartment made you feel at home. Maybe even better than at home, because not every house has a terrace. This is an apartment of total comfort. Spotless cleanliness and a comfortable bed, a nice relaxing area and other details that you don't usually expect to find in a rental property. Everything you could possibly need, from laundry or dishwasher capsules to decaffeinated coffee. There were so many fresh fruits prepared by the hosts that we couldn't eat them in 3 days. The home appliances and air conditioning worked perfectly. There was a lot of useful information in the apartment about restaurants, places to visit, etc. All the useful information you will need can be found on arrival. The hosts meet their guests without delay. Parking is a little away from the apartment, but it is not a problem. One more important point. Even those who may have difficulty with walking can choose the apartments. It is easy to reach the major sites of the city on foot, as you walk downhill, and you can return easily by public transport.

Wonderful place, very clean, cozy and well arranged. The landlady Maria had even left us a gifts: a bottle of wine, fruits and biscuits! She is smiling and hospitable lady. She had also prepared a special folder with places of interest and landmarks, supermarkets, restaurants / even hospitals / with their addresses and way how to get there. There's nothing we don't like. Everything was perfect and very finely thought out. There is no need to look for another place to stay in Porto. There is a covered parking lot. All places to visit are close by. There's even a detailed file at home that tells you everything. Excellent caring host. A super hygiene. Endless treats.

Excellent location, secure and exceptionally modern and clean apartment with all kitchen appliances and large covered outdoor area. Super friendly, helpful host, met at property with keys. best to walk down from Marques metro (Yellow line) if carrying luggage, otherwise uphill from Trindade station. Exceptional restaurant nearby (Apego - Book in advance) plus supermarket, bars, etc nearby. Great place to base yourself for exploring Porto. Ideal for single/friends/couples. Cannot recommend enough...!

everything. the best apartment we stayed in in 3 months. convenient quiet safe location, 10 minute walk to centre. slightly more uphill back. everything was provided including water, wine, fruit, chips, lollies, chocolates, washing powder, coffee, sugar, umbrellas. comfortable bed and sofa bed. great shower. easy parking
