The property is slightly out of the nicest parts of town, however if you like walking the location is great and it gets you to see different parts of the city with beautiful restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the facilities really nice. It had everything we needed!

It is perfect ! Extremely clean and cozy! High level! It is not in the corner of the center but good for a pleasure walk to the center . In the way thousands of bakeries for a typical breakfast.

The location was only a 15 minute walk to city center. It would have been nice to be a little closer or have more in the neighborhood around the hotel .

Nothing hotel absolutely fabulous! Just the hotel is a little outside d city but walking distance and a fabulous walk down to river, plenty of taxis,transport to get u around if needed!

The only thing we could think of is the lack of Spa facilities, but this should not push you back from this unbelievable quality place!

This hotel was unbelievable. Staff was helpful and polite, location was great, gym facility - highest quality Technogym equipment with ocean view (priceless), outdoor heated pool with city and ocean view, breakfast was out of this world , service was impeccable. We had great time and there is not enough compliments for the hotel and the staff. For sure we stay there again next time.

Building works to extend the hotel means the view is not great but overall this is a really nice hotel and I will repeat next time in Porto.

We had a King room with city view. There was no view whatsoever. Location is a bit far off.

Brand new and tastefully decorated hotel. The bed was comfortable and common spa e were pleasant. The swimming pool at the top is very nice (the gym looks great too - slightly more focused on cardio but has free weights until 22kg, a bench and a cable machine too)

The Staff was lovely and friendly BUT it would help if they receive training in checking out with customers payment reserved on your bank. I had issues with them reserving funds out of my credit card each day and by check out I double checked. I paid account in full but clearing of funds reserved was not done after checking out. When we left i confirmed with reception that 3 rooms was paid in full by transaction on check out. We had 3 rooms and they got confused according to them. I had to email and get letter from them for my bank when i returned home 3 weeks later to have issued resolved by my bank. Their staff must be trained more into this matter and check details PROPERLY AND LISTER TO GUESTS REQUEST.

Breakfast was amazing, hotel was amazing and location was in a nice and quiet area. We enjoyed the walk to river and other attractions as we could do sightseeing while we walk. This is our 3rd visit to Porto and we will be back.

The hotel could use some common areas or facilities for guests to use on rainy days or hang out. The view to the construction site is not great, but that's bound to improve.

The place is great! Staff are super nice and helpful. Rooms are magnificent and very comfortable. Loved the stay. Everything super clean, smelling nice. Location is a bit far but that's not a problem at all! Short walk from the action.
