Few issues - we booked 2 rooms for 4 of us which ended up being 2 floors away from each other - very poor planning for one booking. Payment was made before we even checked in with a €50 extras charge per night per room so that was an extra $300 which meant my credit card Fraud team were ringing me for confirmation. The rooms were gorgeous but the pillows were terrible and flat.

Hotel was lovely, Breakfast was excellent. Concierge guys were very helpful. The Tokyomilk products in the bathroom were heavenly!

We were not fond of the 'thump-thump' modern music played at the bar and pool, though it was not very loud. Something more soothing preferred. There no sitting area apart from reception, often busy.

Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. We asked several questions about local travel and transport - all answered very helpfully. Very clean. Wonderful breakfast and service. Lovely rooftop pool.

We could take our 2 dogs with us in the Room which was very much appreciated... good food breakfast as well as dinner

If the food at the hotel was a little cheaper then we may have eaten there but shouldn’t put you off staying there as there are lots of food places to eat in Porto!

Atmosphere in the downstairs bar was a little lacking, very quiet in the evenings there. maybe more food options also would be good

We liked everything. The faculties , the room , cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The gym and pool are great and the breakfast buffet has everything. Very generous hospitality. Recommended !

I wouldn't have liked the lower floors street-facing rooms if I'd had to stay in one (as above, I was moved). Perhaps the trick is to book a room with a view (it's not much of a view atm) if you want to avoid street noise. The mattress was too hard for my liking. The hot food section of breakfast could do with some improvement.

I liked the interior decoration, the lighting and the spaciousness of the rooms. I was thankful to be moved to the third floor facing away from the street as my first room was on the first floor facing the street. The rooms are soundproofed but not enough to block out all traffic noise. The staff were polite, helpful and upbeat. The breakfast buffet was nice and varied, but the flavours were lacking when it came to the hot food. The location was good - it doesn't look central but it is very much close enough.

Location is a little bit of a walk from the main action in the city (~15 minutes), but not crazy. At the time of my stay the rear of the hotel hadn't been developed, and so it feels like a bit of a wasteland back there, but I think maybe they're developing it.

Great quality modern hotel with everything you need. Rooms are beautifully appointed and the whole vibe is chic. The rooftop pool is a great spot, with the bar making it a great spot to chill out after a day in the city.

Actually Its hard to think about any since it was so nice but: - if you are old and have troubles with walking the location is quite far, about 30 min walking to the river . But walking is good for your health so for us it was not a problem. - The view and the surroundings is not so Nice but there is work in progress there so that will change.

We had a great and very comfortable stay. At The end of The day I looked forward to going back to the hotel because of the serene colours and how comfy it was. - Room was very neat - staff was very friendly - room design very enjoyable - bed so comfy - Facilities were good - Pool was nice - Very soundproof
