Great experience, 100 out of 10 :) Highly recommended and we will certainly come back! We have celebrated my birthday and hotel made this day very special! We enjoyed breakfast, pool, excellent staff, fancy interior design and very friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing not to like. I prefer to stay outside of immediate attractions liking a walking into areas where cafes/places of interest etc are located, might not suit others. The hotel will be truly amazing when the spa is open too

I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAD NO COFFEE OR TEA IN THE ROOM

I DID NOT TAKE ANY BREAKFAST, SO I CANNOT RATE IT; ALSO I NEEDED A PLUG AND IT WAS CHEEERFULLY GIVEN TO ME AT THE RECEPTION. THANK YOU; THIRDLY, I LOVED THE WELCOME PASTRIES IN THE ROOM; FOURTHLY, ALTHOUGH I DID NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO THE ROOM FOR CLEANING (so that my water could be replaced), I WAS STILL GIVEN A BOTTLE OF WATER WHEN I REQUESTED FOR ONE AT THE RECEPTION. thank you

Nothing bar perhaps €15 euros a day for car parking was a little excessive since driving in the city would have been impractical.

Great hotel with lots of attentive staff and great rooms beds and pool. Location a little further out than small boutique hotels but we needed the steps due to all the great food. Easy access to all main attractions. We would go back again

Not sure on what type of guest its aiming for the dinner menus which where the same every evening and for us did not give us much choice , may be some pasta would help? The only other area is the roof top pool , great views but very windy and lots of steps.

Very modern, clean hotel , the staff are excellent with no problems from checking in to checking out , the breakfast was a very good standard, and the bar area in the evening was a great place to finish off the day.

We had a lovely stay at Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel! The location is excellent, on walking distance of the city centre, the rooms are very quiet, big, clean and well equipped. The staff members are very friendly and everybody speaks very good English! The breakfast was also very good! I will definitely recommend this hotel if you have plans to visit Porto!

Slow service for food and drinks at the rooftop bar but that appears to be quite a theme in Portugal, they are a lot more relaxed than us brits!

It was a little far out of the centre although easy to get a metro close to the hotel.. It helped us to see other parts of the city we may not have travelled to.

Really beautiful hotel! So welcoming and the room was so comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool area looked amazing- unfortunately the weather wasn’t in our favour.

From the moment I checked-in, I felt welcome, and I have to mention the very attentive staff, especially in the breakfast room. They made sure you never ran out of (well-made) coffee and juice , and if you wanted something else than from the buffet, They would offer you a variety of choises from the menu. Absolutely wonderful breakfast. The room was lovely and at my arrival there was a bottle of water and a plate of pastel de nata. Really nice. I was quite surprised that I had a seaview in the distance from my room on the 3rd floor. The crown in the juvel was the rooftop terrace with heated pool, bar and nice lounge music. I will definately return to Renaissance hotel another time.

The property is slightly out of the nicest parts of town, however if you like walking the location is great and it gets you to see different parts of the city with beautiful restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the facilities really nice. It had everything we needed!
