I notified reception that they must have had a sewage issue which caused a bad smell in the bathroom but overall everything was clean

Bed was extremely stiff and hard. Staff gave us another comforter to use as a cushion which helped a bit. When take a shower at night makes room have a strong musty smell. We chose not to open door to avoid early morning noise but would have helped dissipate the smell.

Location is close to everything. Was very easy to park nearby and walk to hotel, beach and restaurants. Room was quiet, large shower in bath and enjoyed the balcony. Super breakfast. Staff was friendly, helpful and worked to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Our room was on 4th floor, but the elevator only reaches 3rd, so we had to drag our suitcases on floor up.

Cleanliness, great breakfast, the hotel is close to the beach abd is a nice walk from all restaurants. Wonderful memory!

The balcony floorboards were a bit rustic - a few were loose.

We were given an upgrade when we got there so had a lovely balcony with a great view. The balcony was 'L' shaped so had space for chairs and a table. The room was very comfortable (as were the beds) and clean. The staff were great - very helpful and friendly. Parking was safe and secure close by for the motorbike. Breakfast was good, nice choice and fresh. Seaside town, easy walk away with lots going on. Didn't have time to sample much including the beach but next time .... We would stay here again.

The bathroom smelled slightly of damp but otherwise everything was good!

The location is fabulous and the hotel is very relaxed with a nice atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable and the downstairs has a nice lounge area. We particularly liked the breakfast that was included and the snacks and drinks offered all day. We would recommend this hotel!

The service was friendly, room/overall hotel was very clean, and it’s in a great location! 10/10 experience. We got upgraded to a top (4th) floor room with a spectacular patio view. Solid breakfast spread. We would book again for sure!

Great location in centre of Ericeira with many cafes and restaurants close by and easy walk to the main beach. Lovely lobby with self serve coffee, tea and cake available any time. Free parking is close by although limited at certain times.

I had some trouble with the ac in our room. They were trying to help but it didn’t get fixed in time.

Sorry I don’t know the name of the young woman at the front desk who was very nice and helpful. our room was ready so we were able to check in early. The breakfast was amazing. They even had pastries and drinks throughout the day. The room isn’t the largest but we had a Very nice stay.
