Was quite minimal and outdated/rundown. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Shower/bath was hand held, a bit difficult. The drains clogged very easily.

Good location, easy check in and had all the basics. Was similar price to a hostel for a private room.

Terrible beds, made of stone, mattresses on stone pedestals. 2 single beds you could not move next to each other... Very humid, so you want to keep the window open during the night in order to breathe, but then there is too much noise from outside to sleep.

The location on Google maps from the confirmation email is wrong, took us over an hour to find the location, can only be found from the booking on Booking.com not the email.

The shower was little bit broken bit, that along with some other small details such as the beds not being the most comfortable, etc. But, for the price we paid it was a great place to stay!

Staff were really kind and helpful- let us check out early with no trouble! They were really accommodating and always checked in to see if we were happy with everything. Location wise it's just off the town centre of Old Town so you're just a short walk from everything the town has to offer!! Really recommend.

I booked a room with its own private toilette/bathroom , a window and a balcony. I got a room that has no window, shared toilette/bathroom and no balcony. Very humid room. I wrote the facility about this fact but they did not reply

Really good location! We arrived late at night and had to call the manager to let us into our room, who was extremely nice. It’s located in noisy location so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! No toiletries were provided and we had a cockroach visit us on our first night! Although a few things weren’t the best, overall I am really satisfied with this stay!

Old building and old facilities overall. The room’s Window couldn’t close and the noise from the busy street was very annoying. The room had a few ants and in the hallway of the hostel we saw a cockroach… bad experience.

unfortunately we had a terrible stay at this hostel. We had booked & paid for a private room with 3 single beds & a private bathroom. When we arrived we were told that the toilet was broken but not to worry, they had alternate accommodation & it was 10 minutes away & would we mind walking there. It was 9pm & peak season & we had little choice but we still thought it would be okay. We arrived to discover we were staying in a room with bunk beds for two although we had booked a room with 3 beds & were now sharing one shower & toilet with 4 other people. We were told we would receive a refund & if not all, it would be substantial. We finally agreed as we had little choice & no refund happened after repeat requests to meet with Lucca the manager.
