We stayed 3 nights. On the first night, we didn't have hot water for showers. Around 22h I went to the reception to try to talk to the staff to solve the situation and nobody was there. I walked around the hotel trying to find someone from the staff, and I couldn't. But the next morning I talked with the staff and they explained they are renovating and had problems with the water heater. We had hot water for the rest of our stay. The room was also very small, the view from the window was closed off for some reason, there was a lot of dust and lint under the bed, the bathroom door couldn't close entirely or stay open (we had to put the trash bin holding the door open), the shower door didn't close entirely. These were all small things that bothered a little bit, but it was expected for the price, and for a short stay they are tolerable.

The room had good air conditioning. Which was great for the winter cold. The bed was comfortable. The location was the best part, it was right in the center of the city. The breakfast was decent. There weren't many options in the buffet, but the ones that they had were good.

Lack of extra pillows. Had to request extra towels. Room safe did not work and internet was down when we arrived (however was up and running within several hours).

Parking a bit awkward. Is not at the building, so we had to walk with the suitcases from the car to the room. Very fair for the price we paid.

The breakfast was great. A nice selection, replenished as needed, bread super fresh and friendly staff. Rooms clean and well ventilated. We had lovely views from our balcony. Very well situated, close to restaurants, bars and amenities.

The staff (Richard and Edouard) were charming and professional, and went above and beyond in assisting with some technical difficulties (phone and internet). Great location. The room was clean and quiet. Not a bad breakfast.

Air con didn't work in first room, so 1st night was a bit uncomfortable. Sorted out quickly the next day.

The staff was terrific as always Edourd is very efficient, friendly and professional. Andrew was very helpful with some last minute changes to my travel plans.

Only 1 plug socket in the room not enough for recharging devices for 2 people. Compared to other places we stayed seemed very impersonal

Low water pressure, the wifi connection was poor to non existent (at least in the room), the towels were rough, the breakfast was ok but self-service buffet in covid time is kind of weird, no kettle or fridge in the room... overall it seemed more like a 2-star hotel than a 3-star...

The staff was really nice, helpful and service-oriented. The location was great.

Very clean and comfortable. I didn't have the breakfast so can't say anything about that. For the price you pay it's a great deal, the beds are comfortable and located in the middle of the centre.

Hot water wasn't working, so had a cold shower. Then the hair dryer wasn't working. The breakfast was barely edible, stick to the ham and cheese and bread and you should be fine but the hot stuff was disgusting. My room was by a large foyer and I could hear everything outside very well so not great sound isolation, at least in my room.

I stayed for one night and that was acceptable. Location and price were good.
