Coffee machine in room would have been nice. But I also have a pretty bad caffeine addiction, so maybe only my issue.

Absolutely nothing !!! I would definitely not book any other hotel in Lisboa.

This hotel deserve a 10+. We were greeted by Margarita, this young lady is so nice and extremely helpful . All alone at the reception Margarita is really very busy all the time ! We loved everything about this hotel, friendly staff, great location, amazing breakfast, spacious room (many thanks for the upgrade) lots of storage, bed extremely comfortable, spotless, very useful large counter in the bathroom, shower worked very well, (coffee machine with capsules and mini fridge with the upgrade). Since we were leaving early, they offered us a breakfast to go. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the name of the nice girl serving coffee at breakfast, she is really doing a great job with a beautiful smile. Lots of people to please …

The hotel was perfect and in a central location for us. Quiet, yet so many restaurants outside the door. Whole hotel is clean, comfortable with a very welcoming feel. Staff was amazing and were beyond helpful. Special thanks to Isabelle, Katya, the other two staff at reception (sorry, I have forgotten your names) and Elvis and the two other bartenders. Wonderful buffet breakfast every morning served by pleasant dining staff.

The selection for dinner is a bit limited. I wanted to have fish and chose the cod dish. I was disappointed since it was very dry and not at all what I’ve had in other restaurants.

This was our second visit to this hotel. We were a little disappointed with our room this time. It would have been nice to have a balcony. However, the beds are very comfortable, lots of hot water and the breakfasts are delicious.

On arrival was allocated a room that wasn’t available. Staff were good at sorting the problem. Room was small. Bed was not comfortable.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to all the shops, bars, restaurants ,theatres. You can catch the famous tram 28 5 minutes walk away. We had a really nice breakfast, which set us up for a hard day exploring !and However, any hotel is only as good as its staff, and the staff here are amazing. They smile and help you with anything

The location is excellent and up to date.The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The bistro had very good typical Portuguese food and very nice wine.

The rooms are a bit outdated. Especially the carpet in the rooms look old and “dirty”. Also the rooms are not very soundproof.

As we faced the front of the hotel there was noise in the evening until about midnight which did not spoil our stay. During the day there was music played on a loop from somewhere outside the hotel. As we weren’t in our rooms all day it also didn’t matter too much. Maybe ask for a room at the back of the hotel, which probably would minimise the noise, if you would prefer to be in a quieter space

The hotel was perfectly situated near restaurants and places of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful in all areas. The bar and lounge area was cosy and a wonderful place to relax. Our spacious room was so airy and light with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was varied and enjoyable and the Bistro served beautifully prepared meals.

The location of our room was on the front of the hotel and we found it to be quite noisy. One day there was a convention that began early in the morning and we got no sleep at all with the garbage trucks running by during the late night and the convention participants in the morning.

The location of the hotel was excellent and we found the staff to be exceptional! Breakfast was also very good. Couldn't have asked for a better location on our first time in Lisbon.
