Everything was great although we would have preferred a bigger room that faced the back. We did find it very noisy for sleeping. The staff were great and the location was amazing!

Nth serious, only it could have some window screens as there were a few flies in the room when the windows were open (1st floor room).

My bed was uncomfortable - especially the pillows. I had 2 very large pillows and 2 smaller pillows but all 4 pillows were very full of stuffing and I couldn't make them comfortable - I am used to much softer malleable pillows.

My bathroom had a rather funny smell but was otherwise fine. I was surprised in this day and age that my towels were changed daily - I would have happily kept the same towels throughout my stay. Also I had no body lotion which I had expected and had to buy some from local pharmacy.

The location was very central & on a pedestrian only street with many restaurants. Close to many plazas and a central hub to all the neighbourhoods

Room was on the side of walking street and if you are not a good sleeper then ask for quiet side. During the night there is lot of noise due to trucks picking up waste !!

The best location to explore Lisboa. Nice staff and very helpful. Wonderful breakfast with lot of variations and fruits. Beautiful room and comfortable beds along with big bathroom.

Clean, very nicely furnished accommodation, which is located in the center of the city, but still in a quiet street. The main attractions are also within walking distance. The staff are amazing, very kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very delicious. If we visit Lisbon again, we will definitely stay here.

I did not like breakfast boxes. One day we had to skip the breakfast and ordered a takeaway box. It was just a cheese sandwich and an apple ☹️

Missed having a stocked mini fridge The fridge was there but empty. Not much in the morning for a hot drink in the room.

The staff were very friendly very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was in a good central location also nice to have a bar on site also with friendly staff.

Lobby bar and pool bar opening times, wanted to get a coffee at 10.30am and was told they didn't have the staff to serve at this time.

Location and comfort, the food was excellent and staff very attentive.

Our only suggestion would be to start breakfast earlier. We had an international flight and had to leave the hotel at 8am , breakfast didnt open until 7:30 so we didnt have time for it on our last day. Breakfast starting at 6:00 am would have been very helpful. The same problem occurred on our day trip to Sintra, our train left at 7:11, could not get breakfast beforehand.

Lovely hotel in fantastic location in the heart of Lisbon. Easy to walk to metro, train and bus stops to see all the sights. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
