The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay truly delightful. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from major attractions and conveniently close to the metro. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring fresh fruits and delectable baked goods. It's impossible not to enjoy their breakfast service!

The most important thing for me was: will I be able to sleep? I'm a very light sleeper and I knew this was a place on a busy, pedestrian street in the tourist area. What's more, we've got a room facing the street. During the day it was very loud. You can hear people on the street and music from a theatre (?) nearby. Fortunately, everything closed at night and it got quiet around 11-12 PM, so I could sleep just fine. I hated the fact that we had to wait around 15 minutes in a queue for breakfast. There were only 2 people taking care of the breakfast area and it was clearly not enough. It was good though.

The location is obviously amazing, you can find a lot of great restaurants nearby (including authentic local ones) and a lot of interesting places / monuments etc. We went everywhere on foot, no taxis / public transport necessary (but we took a taxi to the airport and it cost around 5E). What's more, we went on a walking tour + city scavenger hunt and it all started just next to the hotel. Also, Alfama is closer than it seems, because there is an escalator nearby:) (Escadinhas da Saúde). There's a very nice spot to relax, with a pool and bar on the 1st floor. We waited there after check out, to leave on time for the airport. Staff was very nice. I appreciate the welcome drink :) Room was cleaned every day.

The location was in a very central part of Lisbon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a small but good restaurant. We enjoyed our dinner there.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and with great transport links. It was near to a number of great restaurants and has its own food and bar. Although our room faced the street it was pretty insulated from the sound outside so we weren’t disturbed. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast had a really nice variety. Best of all were the staff, all of who were friendly, helpful, and just really, really nice. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Lisbon.

No view from room 403 unfortunately, just a blank wall and waste water pipes. Most rooms do have a Juliet balcony so dont be put off.

Big plus would have been a kettle in the room with 2 mugs even if you didn’t provide tea & coffee at least customers could go and buy some . All are group like to have a cup of tea or coffee in bed before you start your day . We didn’t have a problem in our room but some of the lady’s could hear the music from next door ( one night they said it went on till 10.45 )

We had dinner in the Bistro on the second night, the prawn starter was lovely but my black pork and my wife’s steak were poor. The pork was chopped into small chunks and deep fried my wife’s steak was three thin slices in a watery sauce and the chips were poor quality as well. Dinner is Not recommend there as it was hardly cheap either.

Fabulous position. Great room. Nice buffet breakfast included. Hotel reception staff were exceptional! No question was too much for them to answer and they were extremely helpful at all times, even making phone calls for us in Portuguese to explain our needs. Katya and Isabel at Reception were outstanding!
