Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bad smell in bathroom. Property was run down. Staff were nice but hard to find sometimes

They did have noise warnings on the doors in Portuguese. However the noise from the bars across the road went until 4/5am so no chance of a quiet night sleep.

The pillows were terrible. Location is on a Main Street with nightclubs across the road. Although they did warn us of noise from the festival, these nightclubs had music on till 4-5am, which didn’t have anything to do with the festival. Also the wifi didn’t work at all and there was mould in the shower

Big room, with a bar fridge. Very close the the harbour and the main section Peniche. Great for a cheap stay in Peniche but if you have the money to stay elsewhere I would. We stayed throughout the festival of Peniche and they did warn us about possible noise from this

The location is wonderful, you are right by the marina. The room is small but it's good for just a one-night stay. The bed was comfortable, but the WiFi was slow. If you need to do an online meeting or any video call, it is not recommended. But overall for the price and location, this is a great find.

unfriendly staff; uncomfortable room in which we constantly bump into the corner of the bed; too noisy and overcrowded street with a disco until 2 am (just under your windows); an uncomfortable bed.

Modus. the checking was horrible and rude; no one speaks any other language; they force u to do a COVID test everyday even if fully vaccinated. I’ve been all over Portugal and this is the WORST place ever. No fan so you have to keep windows open and the restaurant/bar downstairs (same owners) had noise until 3 am and then garbage pickup was at 6am. not a place to rest at all.

However given that it was in the center it was really loud as our window looked to the street. Also the girl on the reception did not speak English which was odd.

The location was very good if you considering that it was in the center so everything was really close. The accommodation fulfilled its purpose - there was a place to stay for the night - and the next morning we were able to go on a boat tour from the neighboring marina which was awesome

Staff was not willing to be patient to solve language difficulties. No maps or info provided at front desk. Budget option shouldn’t mean no help for a visitor.

Everything was just great. The only thing that could be a little better was to have the snack-bar open in the early morning to have breakfast, but not a must.

The hosts are very friendly and made us feel at home. We travelled along with 2 couples more each of us with their own 1/2 years old kids, you can imagine the energy of those little ones... and the hosts were very receptive and understanding for us and our kids! Amazing! They also have a restaurant and a snack-bar with great food and drinks. Loved the place and will remember it next time we travel to Peniche for sure. Very cosy and well located place next to the marina. Nice restaurants and bars at night near by at walking distance. Perfect place to enjoy a bit of night life if you like and great walks at marina during the day. Close to the center and beaches by car. Free parking right next to the property as well. Recommended! :)
