The staff didn’t soeak english almost and the breakfast is very poor.

The location is good, easy to reach if traveling by car, also the room was nice.

The hotel has good rooms, comfortable and clean, the breakfast is good enough, strong point to the service staff , gentle and helpful, next time I go to Porto I will probably return to this hotel.

Night check in was very impersonal. Attendant was a bit rude. Condition of the property was not as nice as depicted in the pictures. The location in town was a bit questionable. Felt a little uncomfortable out walking at night.

Very small and very old bathroom. Toilet seat was so old that has a yellow marks (disgusting).

Nice vintage hotel with 24 hour reception and a parking space. We came in the middle of the night (at 2 o clock) and the staff was very nice. For 1 night is OK to stay here, but more nights … hm not so comfortable (very small and old bathroom).

The driveway into the hotel is very tight and takes a bit to get used to. We drove into the city and had a hard time with parking, but managed. If we had more time to navigate, the bus would probably be the better choice.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was just wonderful. It is older, but well maintained. It is on a busy street, so there was some street noise, but not bad. Breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful historical building with secure on site private parking. Room was clean quiet and comfortable. Grocery store minutes away. Bus stop across the street about 15 minutes to city center. The staff was amazing, so attentive and friendly ( nice to deal with humans instead of the more common autonomous check in’s that seem to be coming the norm)

There was no fridge in the room. It is not in the city centre, but there is a bus stop just a few meters from the house, so there shouldn't be a big problem to get to the centre if needed. It's not very easy to use the bide, as it is too close to the toilet, but I managed, so it is possible;-)

Perfect for a night's stay. Nice, clean room, large private parking lot, huge supermarket just a couple of minutes by foot away. Reception, working 24/7. Coffee mashine in the lobby, so you can have hot water whenever you wish. Hair dryer in the room. A bide.

The Hotel is located far from central Porto. Aliados can be reached with a single bus that travels 10-15 minutes, but it is packed. The Metro is about 12 minutes from the hotel. I could cope with this.

Most importantly, the room (as well as the whole hotel) was clean. Really clean. The breakfast was nice, coffee, orange nectar, some cereal, basic sandwich ingredients and nice pastry. There is a big parking lot at the hotel (which I did not use since I had no car). Downtown is a bit further away, but can be accessed conveniently. University is also in the vicinity.

Toilets floor can be slippery. As most stays no kettle.

Rooms nice, comfortable and clean. Location accessible to downtown by bus €2.5 just outside. Continente supermart just a short walk away. Many restaurants around. Parking right inside villa from entry. House cleaning every day and had hair dryer.

I enjoyed my stay very much! Every morning, I got a gluten free and lactose free breakfast, I appreciate that so much in such a small hotel where it's much more difficult to organize for just one person. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room is simple, but has everything you need and was always very clean.

We could hear everything from across the hallway inside the room, and some other clients were very noisy very late. Also, the washroom's dustbin didn't have a bag. I asked for one one night, put it in, they took it the next morning while cleaning and didn't leave a new one again.

The cost/quality was quite good. We were well received and the facilities were quite clean and tidy

Some details: Shortage of hooks and shelves to put clothes on. Only starch-white bread for breakfast, most people prefer dark, wholesome bread nowadays.

It's not very central, but 3 Busses stop and the bus is in the front. Very nice hotel and very cheap.
