It wasn't my case, but if you're bringing a lot of heavy bags, carrying them upstairs will be difficult (no lift). In the bathroom, there wasn't anything to put the shower head in (some parts missing) , You had to hold it at all times to shower.

The toilet room is very small, the shower head had no hanger, this is something very simple that can be improved, the toilet was very clean tho.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location was great, there were lot of restaurants and bars nearby and you could walk everywhere from the accommodation, the main metro station is very close as well which makes this place very convininient to stay. The host is a lovely lady who is always at reception.

Toilet is really small, the toilet seat didn’t stay open I had to hold it with a hand to use it very annoying and maybe no so hygienic. There’s no elevator I was on a 3rd floor no so bad but something to consider.

The room was very small, not like the picture. It was warm and no Air Conditioning, we ran the fan all night. The window latch was broken, we borrowed a screw driver, from the staff to open the window. Fresh air was nice, but noise from the street made it hard to sleep.

I stayed a couple times both in a double room with private bathroom and a single room with shared bathroom. Both times were excellent. Comfortable beds and great heating. Double room is great value, very spacious. Shared bathroom was cleaned regularly by the looks of it and loved the location.

I was staying during the weekend, so it was a bit loud outside since there was a bar just in from of the hotel. Additionally, the street is really narrow, and my windows were facing the windows on the other side of the street, so I didn't feel comfortable with open exterior shutters.

The Guest House is within walking distance from the main attractions, and easy to be reached by metro from airport. The room was clean and comfy.

Location was pretty lively and central but the room wasn't noisy at all even if I went to the hotel at 1AM. The bathroom is small but amazing pressure on the water and the room was very spacious and with AC working perfectly too.

It turns out that the staff can’t say a word in english so it was really hard to communicate.

Basically room was clean, beds were comfortable, location was also great. Overall my stay was okay.

The host didn't speak any word in English and it was pretty annoying as she looked like she expected us to speak Portuguese. She didn't make any effort for us to understand her. Except that she was nice but we had to pay unexpected 28euros at arrival which were not mentioned anywhere on the booking page and we don't know what it was for. The windows do not provide any sound isolation and the street can be loud, so earplugs were inevitable for us. In the bathroom it was quite cold as it didn't have any heating. The room was pretty small and lacked storage places to keep at least clothes somewhere.

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. Perfect location. The bathroom was cleaned everyday.

- unfortunately, the lady in the reception couldn't speak English, she tried to be helpful anyway but it would be much easier if we could communicate - first night was terrible - the receptionist had some issue with other customer and they both were shouting in the middle of night, at 3am - I believe it wasn't her fault though the situation probably could be solved without waking other guests up. I had to ask them for a silence and shout too few times before they stopped. In the end I got some discount for this night

Noise coming from maintenance and cleaners early in the morning. Location was not that good for me. It was far from metro and I took taxi everywhere

Bathroom could be improved - shower was small and there was no holder for the shower head. The street was a bit noisy with people walking by at night but I do not think it is like that every night.

The attic room that we were in. The little hallway in the attic leading to the bedroom didn’t have lights, and I nearly tripped cause we arrived at night. They also didn’t seem to provide room cleaning service for ours, unlike the other rooms.
