But the room, the furniture and the building stucked back in the 1970s.

OK prize, close to old town and metro. Owner don't speak any english, but they are very lovely. Big and spacious room. Some good local eating options on the same street.

Would have been nice if the shower was wall mounted/ bathroom updated slightly as looked a bit tired. Our TV was also very old and didn’t work so would be nice to see a bit of a refurb there. Would also perhaps appreciate a kettle/tea,coffee/cups etc in the room.

We had a great time. From the pictures you know you’re getting quite an old fashioned/traditional room which was nice. The owners were lovely and attentive, and the room was clean. Our room was tidied/ supplied with fresh towels etc every day. We even got to check in earlier than stated on the booking which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Good value for money and the location was great. Had easy access to the metro and could be in the centre within ten minutes.

The room is situated right next to the entrance of the house and next to the road. You can hear cars all night and in the morning. Same thing for guests coming back.

The owner is really friendly and caring, she cleaned and made the room tidy every day for us. The location is great, not too far away from the city and in a nice area.

Bath tub drainage was not smooth. Other are fine.

Good location. 5 mins (300m) walk from Heroismo metro (we went to hotel from airport, via Metro line E, it took us 35mins to get to Heroismo station and walk about 5 mins to hotel, very convenient), also, can walk to city centre/ most of the scenic spots (e.g. 20mins to Sao Bento station). 300M from Campanha train station, convenient for day trip to nearby towns by trains. Hotel is run by old couple who speaks only Portugese but they are very nice and willing to communicate with us with google translate and body languages. Room was clean. Have two supermarkets, Cafes and restaurants nearby.

Ideal stop over place with excellent customer service, we spent a very good two nights. Very nice and loving owner. The rooms are large enough for the needs of a vacation stay. Rooms are cleaned every day. Nearbthe train station, there is a restaurant around the corner for dinner, along the main street a great breakfast cafe with a very good price. Walkable distance to the city center.

It is a small double bed, fine for us. There is no fridge/kettle in the room.

The room is spacious and the couple running it are friendly. It is close to the train/bus station and walking distance for us to all attractions in Porto.
