We are very disappointed with the deposit system. We paid a 200 euro deposit and were told it would be refunded after we left. We departed on Wednesday last week and are still waiting the payment. The hotel told us to contact our bank but they haven't helped us either! Not happy.

Nothing to Dislike really the view from our room was of a car park but if you pay extra you get a sea view which if we had been staying longer would of preferred

We would have like a kettle to make some tea however we never ask for it so it would probably have been provided.

The location was perfect! The room itself was clean, amazing views and they provided us with all the shower essentials. The coffee machine was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and it was a decent size room. I love that we could use the jacuzzi and sauna for free and they also have a gym for a quick workout! We recommend the spa, the treatment was fantastic!

Check-in was too complicated and time consuming having to sign forms about personal data and having to pay a 200 Euro deposit that we were told is refunded on check out. However, on checkout it takes even longer to wait for the room to be inspected by staff whilst you wait. New years day was a holiday they said we had to wait another day!

There are limited amount of sunbeds but the hotel did not enforce the rule regarding people placing their towels on sunbeds to reserve them which is unfair and annoying I don’t think this should be allowed

The pool area was small and if you didn’t wake up early enough and grab a pool chair there isn’t anywhere for you to sit and put a towel down. Once people are there they tend not to leave for the day so some sort of rental or rotation system for the chairs would be better - we were never able to use them during our stay. The beach is close though, and there’s lots of room there, and you can rent chairs and umbrella for 20 euro.

The pancake guy was great. The rest of the buffet was pretty basic. The location was really good - 2 minute walk to the beach and 5-10 minute walk to central old town where all the restaurants and vendors are.

Would have liked a hot water pot to make tea in the am. More lounge chairs at the pool. Pillows were to soft.
