Breakfast could have had more of a selection, pool only had 8 sun loungers and people reserving sunbeds from very early in morning. Had to go to beach everyday due to no sunbeds available from 8am.

Excellent location. Beautiful sea views if purchased a sea view room. Breakfast OK, a little repetitive. Ate out for breakfast 6 mornings of our 8 day stay. Gorgeous infinity pool.

The pool was a little on the cool side, and there could have been more sun-beds. I should think in high-season it would be necessary to go to the beach as the pool is not big. Fortunately the beach is very close.

We used the spa several times during our week-long stay. It is better than you would think - sauna, steam room and hot-tub, in addition to some exercise equipment @ gmail nough for me. The massages were good and are good value - ;back massage was 20 euro. Breakfast good. We are one evening meal at the hotel which was nice. Towels supplied which can be used at pool or beach.

My room had a view of the pool but literally in front of it. I spent 3 nights and 4 days with the curtains on.

The room was on the small side. The toilet in the bathroom was tucked in behind the sink. The view from the room was of derelict buildings as we did not pay the extra for sea view rooms. Parking was a big problem. You have to park in the streets behind the hotel. You'll be lucky if you can park in front of the hotel.

The position of the hotel was good in relation to the Old Town. The breakfast was good. Excellent shower. If we stayed again we would pay extra for the sea view. Although this dramatically increases the price per night stay.

Unfriendliness and unhelpfulness behavior of the bar staff. Refused to borrow wine opener ( apparently its a hotel rule), refused when asked if I can use the water dispenser machine to fill up my bottle. None of these rules were stipulated to me when I booked the room. Anyways other customers should be aware of these little issues

Bathroom a bit dated. Needs a light refurb. Glass door isn’t good. Lets all light into room in night when someone uses bathroom.

Great location, fabulous views from upper floors. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Very clean.

Find a way to get people on the bar and in the restaurant

I eat a very small breakfast for dinner i used it only twice, not that good but noodzakelijk used the bar or restaurant. More expensive than other restaurants

i have a bit of an issue with the price and the range of food/drink items available to purchase in the hotel/bar for residence to buy to take away to their rooms, i paid above 5euro for a bottle of water and a can of coke. I think a vending machine would help. i also flew in very late the first night and the bar was closed and just for water or a quick snack a vending machine would have been perfect. A vending machine at reception would be great

The bed is not comfortable at all. We didn't have the option to buy water at night .. (this is not normal for a 4 star hotel) at least keep a distributor for the necessities like water.

The location is great. The breakfast is top ! The spa is nice.

no tea or coffee making facilities in room. no iron and ironing board available for use. would prefer walk in shower rather than standing in the bath to shower.

The breakfast was very disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Diluted juice rather than fresh, limited hot (often cool) options & cheese, ham & fruit pre packed - this may have been due to COVID but it wasn’t a great standard. We ate their 2 days then went to the local bakery instead for better coffee & a sandwich

The hotel is very clean & in a perfect location. Staff were courteous and helpful when required. Rooms are a good size & the hotel is very accessible.

I liked the breakfast but we stayed there for 7 days and the breakfast was everyday the same. They didn't even bother changing at least one type of food or just changing the placement of the food.

The view, the room, and the staff were very helpful. Also the hotel is very close to everything like the markets the beach and the city center. Would highly recommend this hotel.
