- the bathroom was on lower floor, so you have to take the stairs every time you want to go to the bathroom - the host did not speak much english

- great location within walking distance to all interesting places in Furnas - free public parking few meters from the accommodation - clean spacious room with comfortable bed and kettle - good internet and flat tv - really nice spacious external bathroom

The bed was a bit stiff and the room was particularly cold (couldn't find a way to turn on the heater). Note that the bathroom is really small, so not the best for those with handicapped/accessibility issues. Also, the host doesn't speak English but that was okay because all I needed to do was provide my passport for registration. It was a bit hard to figure out how to check-in. The gate to the door wasn't open, and so I fiddled with it for a bit until the host came out.

The room was spacious and clean, and it was perfectly located near the restaurants and attactions that I wanted to visit. Everything was within a 10-15 min walk. The pool on the premises looked delightful, though I didn't check it out because it was chilly during my stay in the winter. The host was also kind and welcoming.

Very close to all attraction, very comfy, very clean bathroom. I like that ther is a small heater to turn on for a night, because I was there late October and was cold inside. I liked very much that you have silverware, sweets and tea ready for you in the room.

Description says private external bathroom, but it was shared and on a lower floor Host complained about everything, about me checking the door was locked. She said I shouldn't do this as can damage the handle ,I only pushed down to check was locked. Also at 6pm I played music from a small fist sized 15 Euro speaker, was told this was too loud. Furthermore the host emailed me saying my wife had left a skirt, and she would throw in the bin if I didn't collect.I don't have a wife, and why threaten to throw a clients clothing in the bin. I think she could be nicer to clients.

Spotless, very clean, the host cleaned daily. Excellent location 5 mins walk from Terra del Nostra park, and 15 mins from Poca del dona beija.Also many shops within 2-3 mins walk.Great value super price.

The host had no English and made no effort to communicate. Very rude with no manners. Really off putting. I don't recommend staying here as the host is not friendly at all. She even shouted at me through an intercom. Terrible smell or cleaning products. Too much chemicals.
