Incredible. Beautiful surroundings and although right on a roundabout of a busy road it was so tranquil. The rooms and pool were wonderful. The restaurants in the village minutes walk away were fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Like a serene oasis. The trees, flowers, pool with enough shade and sunbeds. Excellent breakfast also and the ladies working there were very nice and pleasant.

Evening food in the immediate area is limited and fairly average. Although it's only €5~ in a cab to the coast where there's more choice (although very touristy).

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a lovely pool within the olive trees. It was peaceful and quiet and perfect for a relaxing solo trip. Breakfast was a pre-prepared selection that was really enjoyable and all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Felt like a luxury break without the luxury price tag. I'll definitely be coming back. Also recommend the local beauty salon for a facial. A blissful hour!

Charming place, quiet, big rooms, nice garden, excellent breakfast, helpfull staff. You need the car to go to the beaches, but you stay in a calm, private place, without tourist jam. It is what we appreciate.

The location is ideal for visiting all the best scenery and objectives, the pool is very good and warm, Julie was very helpful and provided all the info we asked for, breakfast was fantastic and it was soo quiet. If you want to spend quality time then this is the place, not too far from the seaside.

Nothing that we recall. I hope they can have more income to be able to maintain this big facility. It is a big estate that needs maintenance. Hopefully they grow through the upcoming years

The vibe. The place is like a heritage one. The stay was very comfortable. The owners are lovely, friendly and the whole stay was very smooth. The place is very calm and peaceful. Good breakfast was served. It is not a hotel with full services and facilities, but just perfect if you are there to relax and to tour the area of Lagos, Albufeira, Faro. We rented a car, and it was very convenient to tour and parking was perfect and easily accessible.

Room was very clean with nice balcony and good en-suite bathroom. Location in small village ensures a quite relaxing experience, Extensive grounds with pool. Excellent breakfast served on terrace. Host Julie was really pleasant and helpful. <5 kM from beach. Great base in central Algarve if you have a car. Local Village at 5 minute walk has 3 restaurants - Restaurant O Cantinho is really excellent.

Need a car, but Algarve is best explored with a car

Very lovely hotel and even lovelier host. Julie was very nice to us, gave us restaurant recommendations and helped us booked a restaurant reservation. Their breakfast was pretty good too, good fruit options. Hotel definitely has charm, not like a generic modern hotel, it is quaint and very well kept. If you have a car, it's highly recommended that you stay here.

Breakfast could be better equipped, the first day we arrived most things for breakfast were gone and did not get refilled I'm assuming because of the time.

Breakfast is delicious and very fresh. Pool is very calm with no music like other resorts or hotels in the areas, very relaxing.

The hotel is in an old olive tree orchard which is truly lovely; Spacious, beautiful, peaceful <3 The room windows have wooded shutters which create total darkness. We slept great in the hotel. The pool was lovely and the style totally fitted the surroundings. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel
