It was too hot in the room; the air con was quite noisy so you could not sleep with it on. The breakfast was from 8am; we usually left before that so only had breakfast once. The hotel was located at a busy street so traffic was a bit disturbing.

The hotel was clean, the shower was great and the staff were very friendly.

This is a relatively simple hotel very close to the Estoril train station and the beach. Cascais is too train stations away, but can also easily walked to by the promenade or by the road. Our triple room was on the small really for three people, but adequate and according to the description. We liked the breakfast - continental breakfast, but quite a few things on offer, several choices of toast bread/buns, ham and cheese, cherry tomatoes, pastry, yogurts, jam, fruit, coffee, juices. Also the breakfast area and the lounge area are roomy and nice.

The floor could have been cleaner. The wifi was a difficult to setup. The rooms had small faults, such as a missing plug in the sink, the electrical system for the lights to be activated by the card was not working.

The sheets and towels were changed every day. The breakfast was limited in scope, but very good. The location was perfect for my needs. The staff was kind and always helpful.

My room was turned to the main road so the views were not the best and noise was intense in the morning even with windows and doors shut. It might not be a good choice for one who is looking for a peaceful and silent morning or to stay in the room for working. But it’s practical for leisure and during the night is quiet.

The proximity to the sea is key, the breaksfast is good, with fresh and quality food. The room was clean. As an extra positive note, I appreciated the flexibility from the staff, from check in after hours to access to breakfast after hours. With absolutely no problems. All were gentile. I personally noticed and enjoyed to see a happy staff all around.

A warning that the lift only goes to the 4th floor, so if this is an issue make sure to check with the hotel which floor the room will be. The room could definitely use a refurbishment, one of the wardrobe doors was stuck and the window in the bathroom did not close which meant the noise and heat entered the bathroom.

Hotel location is good, right next to the beach and train station, and with many restaurants and cafes close by. Room was comfortable and the air conditioning was powerful, which was a blessing during the summer weather. Water pressure in the shower was great and the bathroom was very spacious. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Breakfast was adequate and was included in the price. Hotel and room was clean and fresh towels provided whenever required. Nice partial sea view from the room.

The room didn't feel super clean, there was no light in the main room and I had to use a dim bedside lamp during the evening. I felt slightly uncomfortable when I realised that the cleaners entered the room I was staying in, even if I didn't ask to have it cleaned, because I had left my laptop and other belongings on the bed.

Location and view from the window were fantastic! The staff was great and the hotel was good enough for my work trip.

The buildings around are derelict and therefore walking at night and in the dark was a bit concerning.

Great location, perfect for Travel from and to Lisbon Airport and to Cascais and Sintra.
