Extremely loud. Impossible to sleep. There is a night club, a train station and a very noisy street next to the hotel.

This was the most pathetic hotel I’ve stayed at. Old wood furniture in room. Not even a plastic cup for water. Front desk persons are not helpful at all. Would not recommend. $87 + euros? Not

Air conditioning right in front of the bed which could cause some discomfort. Although very powerful aircon in the bedroom, the bathroom feels like a sauna as the window didn’t close. Hotel info stated that room cleaning was until 2:30pm, however, rooms weren’t cleaned after 2pm. No sound proofing, some days, noisy corridor in the morning. We’ve stayed in the 5th floor, please note, lifts goes until 4th floor.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The small, smelly room with an uncomfortable bed, combined with the constant noise from the neighborhood, made for an unpleasant experience. The absence of basic amenities like a kettle, tea, coffee, and water was surprising, and the bathroom's odor and small shower head only added to the discomfort. The meager breakfast selection consisted mainly of carbs, with limited options. While they did change our room due to noise complaints, it did little to improve the overall letdown of the stay.

The hotel seems to be stuck in the '80s. The furniture is old, the bathroom is basic and the bathtub is a little rusted. The breakfast is very very poor: only sliced cheese and ham and croissants. Nothing warm, no kind of eggs, few fruits...

Everything about it. In fact, I checked out within an hour of checking in without getting a refund. I sacrificed $600 for the poor conditions. The room had all the flies and insects; no blanket was on the bed. When asked about the blanket, I was pointed to a shabby blanket on the floor. Nadir from the hotel emailed putting legal action when I asked about the refund, saying I am blackmailing him with the pictures and videos I have.

Pillows were a bit crunchy due to protective layering.

Fairly easy to find, inexpensive parking nearby, comfortable room, heating fine, bed fine, nice view of sunrise over the roofs in the morning. Bathroom spacious and everything worked. Plugs for sinks, a bathtub, good shower, proper drainage, ventilation, shower curtain, towels. Helpful front-office staff w ice and a glass for the room and pkg info. TV and Wifi also worked well. Great location close to beach access although on a main road. Close to restos nearby and the boardwalk. Good value for money. Breakfast also fine-standard.

a bit noisy, but it is noisy everywhere here, as the place is very popular.

the place is perfect! I mean - it is close to the train station (3 min walking) and it's easy to catch train to Lisbon (25 min ride), it is close to the public beach (5 min walking), it is close to the bus station where you can take the bus to Sintra, it is 30 min walking by the coastal promenada to the Cascais. the hotel has very comfortable beds, hot water and good water running, it is clean. it has elevators if you need some after daytrip to Lisbon ;)

In the room 408 the smell was very bad. My gf and I had to leave our windows open 24/7 just to breathe normally in the room. It was the smell of mold, which could be seen on the ceiling of the room and what was shocking to us, the curtains on the windows were FULL of mold. That is a serious health hazard and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Location and staff were very good. Zero complaints on that. Breakfast was simple and tasty.

The hotel was very noisy. It is situated adjacent to the railway line, with trains running until the early hours. One night there was extremely loud and unpleasant music until 2am and then at 7.30 constant noise from an event in Cascais for almost 24 hours. The double glazing did nothing to reduce the noise from the very busy main road. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The staff were great and the room was kept very clean . The location was good, close to the sea.
