Unfortunately, the hotel is not in its heyday, could do with a renovation, but still it is a nice place to stay.

The staff are friendly and helpful. What I liked are the large room, comfortable bed, quality linen, cleanliness, balcony and sea view (but I think not every room has view to the sea). Overall I am satisfied with my choice of accommodation. The hotel is located at a high point in the city, so it is worth arriving by car or finding out about public transport in advance. There isn't much dining options near the hotel, but you can buy a few things at the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, I was satisfied with it.

Booking.com should make it much clearer when breakfast is not included in price of a room. Lead to a big misunderstanding.

The only thing that was a little funny was a certain smell, not sure what it was. But opening the slider to the balcony took care of it.

The view is stunning. Room is spacious and has everything you need plus a balcony to step out on. Breakfast was ample and a fair price, and you could get coffee or tea any time of day, with no charge. The staff was wonderful, and very helpful, giving a little history of Setubal and recommending restaurants. Parking underneath was easy. If you wanted, you could walk down the hill to the center ~ about 15-20 minutes.

The beds felt worn, ticking sound in room when the lights went off, the shower head was due to a change years ago

It was very cold in the room; the pillows was very uncomfortable and small; brakfast was the same all the 7 days and got bored of that, breakfast could have different eggs, and also porridge.

The Room was big; rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed everyday; the hotell stuff was very friendl and pleasant.

under ground parking curve to leave was very challenging to maneuver. You could see scratches on the walls from other vehicles.

Need more electrical outlets, had to unplug one of the few lights to plug in phone to charge overnight. Needed more lights, we had a handicap room and there was a small cord running around the bathroom, I am guessing to alert the staff for falling. There are many signs leading to this hotel since it is in a neighborhood and hard to find. Shower head upper bracket was broken so it was low to spray off, toilet seat was extremely loose and had to jiggle flush actuator to stop the water flow.

Breakfast was excellent, parking was excellent, room was spacious, terraces were nice and had great views. Would have to drive to the beach or Forte, not that close but could figure out the bus schedule.

I liked my room,it was clean. I couldnt find a socket beside my bed table, that is the only inconvenience I had. On the other hand, I would suggest that the bathroom, sink area and specifically around the faucet to be cleaned better. Also, I found the bathroom seat/stool to have stains.Otherwise, I had an enjoyable experience.

Flat pillows, no drinks/kettle in bed bedroom and room decor. No English breakfast so kids were little bit disappointed and had little food.

Lots of spaces, lovely staff, love the fresh orange juice beautiful hotel and beautiful views. Idea for occasions.

The hotel room felt a big old with old bathroom plumbing. The mattress was very hard which I am not used to.
