The hot water situation should be changed. I am very eco-conscious and the daily limit on hot water didn’t bother me BUT it was never hot enough to have a hot shower. The water was always warmish which was ok for hand washing but not a shower. I had to wash very quickly and was very cold once I stepped out of the shower. Could have had the option to have breakfast a bit earlier. I wasn’t sure what was done with leftover food from breakfast. I hate food waste and would have saved pastry for the next day or an afternoon snack but didn’t want to look like I was hoarding food. Didn’t like the instant cappuccino as it was pre-sweetened, etc. Luckily, the people before us must have felt the same & left a jar of instant coffee which I used after the first day. There were many choices of tea - yet no black tea which we would have preferred.

The location was fab! Able to walk everywhere. We were on the top floor, so despite being in the heart of things, it was still quiet. The breakfast in a basket was a really cute idea that worked for us. Staff very friendly & helpful. Sorry not to be able to say goodbye to Lucus. Having a shop at street level really worked as it was tasteful & one could browse in a spare moment. I even bought a bath rug!

The location is in the " heart" of Ribeira, with a lot of restaurants, landmarks of Port, and safe area for walking.

The bathroom lacks a lot of facilities, first of all the door cannot be closed , the water is never hot Amenities of the bath are so limited Isolation is not that good noises from the street easily heard The pillows were not comfortable at all No elevators , if you have a lot of laggings good luck But over all highly recommended

Tea and coffee facilities were not cleaned and renewed on a regular basis- when I went to use, there were no coffee pods or milk left

I absolutely loved the apartment. The entrance through the shop was incredibly charming and lovely. The location couldn't be better, and the kindness of the staff made the whole experience immersive in the city of Porto.The place is highly recommendable, and I would definitely return

The apartment is located above a small (very cute boutique). This made it very convenient to pick up keys. The staff were lovely, especially as I made a booking error and inadvertently reserved for the wrong day. They quickly helped me resolve the situation and were so accommodating as there was an apartment still available. I was so grateful as this was my first visit to Porto (and had just come from airport after flying from the US). The location was extremely convenient (and easy to reach by Metro from airport). The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and modern.

Might choose a bit larger room than studio next time but really no issue

Location was perfect. Studio apt was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee provided is a nice touch.

The only negative is the stairs, as there are no lifts and are quite steep but to be fair that is noted. It may be a problem for some people. Oh, the wardrobe / storage shelves are quite high up - to reach, but probably ok if only a short break.

The property is small but perfectly formed! It was spotless and a good shower and comfortable bed. The location is brilliant 5-10mins walk downhill to the river front and square. The staff were lovely and happy to assist with anything. There are many lovely restaurants in that street and a handy Spar shop practically next door to the apartments, for drinks and any essentials. Also noticed a coffee machine & pods etc, on the first floor for guests, which was a nice touch. Thank you to all xx
