Some small things that could give an extra "+" to the structure: the shower support was not tight and could not hold the shower. There was no piassaba in the toilet.

The kindness of the staff was exceptional. Very good value for money. It is positioned right in the center of Santo Thyrso, and it has a small parking place included (part indoor and part outdoor).

They added a cot to our bedroom but the cot was setup for babies that can't stand in the cot. I have said my baby age (1 year and 7 months old) in the booking but maybe they have missed it. I am sure the staff would fix it if I have raised it to them, but we were tired and the bed was HUGE so our baby slept with us.

Staff are amazing. I had to leave before the breakfast time and the staff (Daniel) told me to grab something to eat as the breakfast was ready - That was nice from him. The bed was huge and very comfy. I have spent only one night there with my family.

I felt sorry for the receptionist who had to cover the bar. We had friends visit and she struggled with the order.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of Santo Tyrso. The rooms were spacious and homely. The car park was a bit of a shock but at least they had one, ( Down a steep ramp to the basement.) The staff were really friendly and offered help with luggage etc.

The breakfast was ok, only white bread, and many sugar containing products. The hotel could use some upgrading, a bit of paint here and there.

The room was light and pacious with a nice view. Exceptional staff, really friendly and thoughtful. They offered to help me immediately when I got stranded at the airport. The bonus was the rooftop terrace, the staff were also very obliging there when we wanted to have a small picknick there they set up a table there and even let me make some vegetables in their kitchen.

we we chose this hotel because it was on the road. and he also had very good reviews, There were no special expectations, but surprises awaited us... I didn't like that I had to go home. Really, everything was great. So glad I came across this little town and this beautiful hotel.

Santo Thyrso is an amazing hotel. All my senses experienced relaxation and pleasure. Comfortable bed, beautiful room and shared spaces, attentive and caring staff, excellent cuisine - with the chefs attention to detail (loved the pork cheeks!), excellent location- central to a variety of other restaurants. You could also enjoy the park across the street or the hotel's awesome rooftop patio with nice views and comfortable seating. It's truly not to be missed. I also liked the included breakfast and parking. Oh yes and the wide selection of craft beers.
