Food at the restaurant was quite awful in taste and quality. The front desk staff other than David was not very knowledgeable about the area or nearby laundry facilities. Some more staff training would be helpful for guests.

This was a wonderful central location in Porto and a very clean and comfortable hotel. The best thing was having David at the front desk help us with all our questions regarding parking, laundry place, food etc! He was the most (and only) knowledgeable person out there and made our stay simply wonderful!!

The hotel location is ideal to explore Porto. It is within easy walking distance of the downtown attractions. The front desk staff is very helpful and attentive with good ideas of things to do. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The best hotel we have stayed in our Portugal vacation.

The hotel is close by the Cathedral and since I’m walking the Camino, it’s the most convenient location for me. A special mention for the Guest Experience Manager , Rogerio and his team, they really go all out to make sure whatever your request is, there are there to help you out and make it happen.

Really amazing property, staff were particularly attentive and greeted us with an unexpected upgrade and treats upon arrival. The room was spacious, with a huge bed and the bathroom was clean and elegant. The room had a lovely view looking over to the Cathedral.

Great little boutique hotel within old-town Porto, Portugal, convenient to many of Porto's must see charms. We were offered an unexpected junior suite upgrade upon arrival. The king bed was very comfortable, along with the robes / slippers. The artsy room decor was upbeat and inviting. The morning full breakfast buffet was delicious, as well as the expresso and coffee lattes we enjoyed on a daily basis. Very friendly professional staff, especially the helpful personalized attention received from hotel management.

The location was stellar and the hotel itself self was super clean, with great amenities. The highlight for us were all of the personal touches and staff that went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Super comfy rooms and the shower was giant and squeaky clean.

Room was a bit small and dark. So a bit expensive as off season. Only a coffee machine and no kettle so had to keep requesting hot water for tea - and extra tea bags! But staff were very good at providing these . Breakfast pretty good , but not much fruit on offer.

Location pretty good - near train station . Bit far from river. Hilly place so demanding walking around. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water . Very helpful staff recommendations and help booking wine tour and restaurant. Quiet room .

We had a great weekend in Porto staying in the Se Catedral Hotel. A lovely hotel in the centre of the city close to all the sites and restaurants. The hospitality and assistance of Rogério and his team during our stay was excellent. Would certainly stay there again.

The only thing I didn't like is there was no bathtub. I ask for one and it stated on the reservation it was possible. I also sent a request but it wasn't possible. Other than that I had a great time 9.5 out of 10!

We really enjoyed the welcome to the hotel by all the staff they really worked as a team and were very, very helpful. Rogerio was wonderful in anticipating our needs and making sure we were taken care off.
