Not having entry instructions before our day of arrival was a concern. It worked out ok but caused some anxiety. There were no sheets or blankets in the apartment for the second bed (a converted sofa). Called the number provided and got sheets in cupboard downstairs. Had to provide my own sleeping bag for warmth.

Location was excellent and the place was clean. Appreciated the functional kitchen, plates and silverware.

It took me quite some time to go inside the room as the code given wasn't working. It's quite difficult to find at first who to contact, but I managed to find an info with number on the wall. The whatsapp message and calls weren't answered so had to do an overseas call (from UK to Portugal) just for me to speak to someone who can sort out the room code. The pool is also not that clean when we arrived. But given it was February, it's still cold to swim anyway even if the pool was clean.

The room was really clean, nice, and modern-looking. Location is okay too! The facilities inside the room are working great. The room we got is overlooking the pool and garden on the ground floor. It has a space outside where you can hangout (which would be nice on warmer months).

The place fits 4 people but has no privacy between bedroom and living room, so if it was 2 couples sharing it wouldn´t be nice. The bedroom does not have any door.

The location is great. The place has all kitchen items. It fits 4 people, 2 in a bedroom with no doors and 2 in the sofabed at the living room.

I didn't know about how they work. Everything is communicated through booking.com/phone. I have never seen anyone and at times was a bit confusing.

Superb room and facilities. It was very rainy when I stayed there but I imagine that a sunny stay would be even better.

Our room was on the third floor and lugging heavy suitcases up there was a frustrating job. There is no elevator in the building, so if you have heavy suitcases, be prepared to carry them upstairs. Or ask for accommodation on the first floor

The room had two floors and enough space for 5 people. All kitchen appliances worked and there were sufficient dishes. Since the trip was in December, it was important for us that the apartment be warm. And it was really like that! For which special thanks to the hotel.

Excellent location: city center, close to the metro, only 2 stations from the train station and bus station, many shops and cafes nearby. Check-in takes place online and comfortably. The staff was in touch all the time and ready to answer all your questions. The apartment is clean, almost everything you need is there. There are a free lockers for a luggage on the ground floor.

The shower screen has come over rollers making it hard to get in and out of shower. Hot water takes a long time to come through pipes.

Location was perfect for Porto attractions, market and shops. Apartment was on top floor, quiet and spacious. 2 beds and sofa bed were comfortable and made for our stay. We are healthy and fit so could climb the stairs but it may not appeal to families with young children, lots of luggage or mobility impaired.

1. Cigarettes from downstairs. We had 1st floor apartment and gentelemen from the ground floor was smoking a lot and all the fume went up so for me it was impossible to have windows open with this smell. This is very specific rate so if you ok with it you’ll be fine. 2. Noise from the above apartment’s floor. I was reading and prepared for this looking information for Porto and Lisbon but I’m not sure if anyone could be actually prepared for this :D We had literally hear every single smallest step of our neighbours from 2nd floor (and as I can imagine our neighbour from ground floor could hear us). So this is also cery specific if you’re ok with some noise you’ll be fine (except that it was very quiet). Small things like lack of paper towels or kitchen towels for that matter, no knife (only for bread)- but I suppose if we’ve asked for it they would have bring it to us, it wasn’t necessary just small inconvienience. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Great location! The apartment was very small but amazingly smart designed! We were suprised the cob was prepared for our 3-year old daughter with her own set of bedding, she was delighted :) The service was fast responding to out needs and if something happening- resolved right away. We are wondering about other apartaments in this building. Hihghly reccommend if you’re not as sensitive as me in two matters.

The pool needed more attention. There was a lot of debris in it. The rooms windows face a major street so the windows needed to be closed during the busiest part of the day to cut down on noise and vehicle exhaust coming into the room. The AC worked very well so it was ok to leave the windows closed until night time.

Very central location with great shopping and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The reason I chose this apartment was because of the pool. However, when I arrived on 30th September, I received an email which contained the words "Pool Closed from 1st October". The weather was 30+ degrees for the week, it would have been nice to be able to use the pool. (which had water in it so I wasn't sure why it was defined as closed?)

A few mins walk from Bolhao station and I was able to access a locker to put my bag in whilst I waited for apartment to be ready. Walking distance to other areas of the city (but there are a lot of hills). Bed was comfortable, and towels changed after 3 days. TV had English film channels which was great, everything else as expected (fridge, kettle, microwave).

I found long black hair in the chest drawer. ...disgusting. and the floor was not so clean. I walked in barefoot, and a few minutes later, my feet were black ...

The place is lovely. Perfect location. Spacious. Easy to reach. Just in the city centre and close to the metro. They send you a code for the main entrance and for the room. So, there is no stuff. But if you need, there is a WhatsApp number so you can reach them.
