Mariana and the team are so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Sintra Green Chalet is in a great location. The breakfast was excellent and the communal atrium is a delightful area to relax in after a day exploring the town.

Being on the ground floor it was quite loud in the mornings. Standard double was fairly small so suggest opting for the upgrade.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. I really liked the honesty bar, you could get whatever you needed at anytime of the day. Good location close to the train station.

Not a dislike, just something to keep in mind : the reception has very limited working hours, so plan accordingly.

Friendly staff, good value for the money, close to the train station and mini market. They kindly let me store my luggage so I could explore beautiful Sintra so more.

This was an amazing B&B with excellent service and a fantastic breakfast. We really enjoyed the room, which was beautiful, albeit a bit small. They made this better by having a massive closet to store everything. We wish we had more time to stay as it was so nice. It's a bit of a walk from the train station, but taxis are available.

The Chalet was charming and cozy, thoughtfully designed with modern touch. The location of the chalet was ideal, offering easy access to charming places nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to leave our bags on check out day to go to one more attraction as we were unable to get there before closing time. We enjoyed our stay. Shop on the street behind the B & B, Dona Estefania has amazing pastries and exceptional service, best pasteis de nata I’ve ever had and delicious travesseiros with coffee.

The breakfast was too late and we had to leave early. I paid for the breakfast but later saw through the check-in details that it was gonna be from 9am, when I would already be gone. I would have liked to try it specially after paying for it. The room smelled a bit of humidity.

The room was comfortable, clean and well decorated. Despite having a small problem with the lights, the staff was very quick to fix it. The location was good and not so far from the center and good restaurants. The breakfast was very good and for a fair price. The staff was kind and friendly.

We didn’t have breakfast because it was served at 9 am, a bit late for us. We went sightseeing very early to avoid the crowds.

Excellent location- you can have a nice 20- minute walk to the historic centre of Sintra ; also, the house is only 10 minutes far from Portela station , which is very convenient to get to Rossio station in the heart of Lisbon. Our room and bathroom were sparkling clean and the whole house was tastefully furnished. The infrastructure of the neighbourhood is well developed- there are several restaurants, a market- Mercado Estefania, a small well stocked supermarket and a pharmacy.

My partner found the bed too hard, however I found it great!

The location was relatively close to the town center. Staff was extremely friendly, always trying to help with information about the attractions around. Cozy breakfast area where you can grab a drink after hours, with a charming little outside area.
