A couple of the group were kept awake by the noise from the bars/clubs below but closing the shutters did minimise the noise.

The property management is sometimes responsible for our message lately for instance, I have requested additional toilet supply on the first day on arrival. They said he would do it when we ask for it just by message. By the time it is out of stock, I have still not received it. So we message him again about our need, no response until the next day... said sorry for the late response and claimed that we need to request it early. Okay, it is our last day. The problem we have solved now is that it is still not a good response from the customer point of view. This is the only thing we feel bad experience in it.

The property itself is very tidy, clean, and good in maintenance. The location is a bit far away from the metro system. It has a night live on the street nearby, but it still can provide you with quiet and peace to sleep. We are very surprised and impressed about it.

Everything was great .

I’m a demanding person, and everything was perfect, new and well maintained . High lights for the elevador ( new and working well) . In top of that , it is a zero noise apartment ( double windows with double glass ).

Location location location. It's very close to the Clerigos church and tower, which is the heart of everything. Several nice breakfast places just around the corner, convenience store, the big SABA parking (27.50 euro/24 h) around the other corner, the lovely Amorino Gelato ice-cream place a bit further up, one of the stops for the scenic tram routes right there. The famous 'Harry Potter' Livello Library is around the corner so you are in a great position to be there half an hour before opening time, as the queues are impossible otherwise. The apartment was very clean, spacious, the main bed king size, great mattress. Spacious shower, great water pressure. The washing room on the fourth floor is clean and neat, we used the washing machine, there is also a dryer. The windows are very efficient - indeed, this is a bar street, but we stayed over the weekend and with the windows closed we could hear that we were in a city and not in the middle of the forest, but that's about it. This will definitely be our first choice when we come back to Porto.

Apartment is located in the centre of nightlife, so mind the noise from the street if you prefer to sleep in silence (some of the nightclubs are open till 6am). Double windows and window shutters save the situation, but still you can hear some noise.

The apartment is in the party area of Porto, which I did not realise. While the noise from the bars cannot be heard inside the apartment due to the double glazing and wooden shutters, the same cannot be said for the nightclubs. Even with ear plugs, I could still hear the nightclub music until they shut at 6am. As a result, every night was one of broken sleep. If this does not bother you (or you want to party until 6am), stay in this apartment as it is excellent.

The apartment was spacious, spotless and near to everything. The staff service on booking.com was efficient, quick and very helpful. There is a tour guide place right next door to the apartment. The staff who work in it are outstanding. They couldn't be more helpful. You can leave your bags for a flat rate of 3€ per bag for up to when it closes. Definitely use this company whether or not you stay in this apartment.

Nothing we didn't like. Just a suggestion - If the property keeps more cups and glasses, then we wont need to wash often and can run the dishwasher on full load rather than half.

Professionally managed, like a hotel. The location is excellent. Weekend nights are loud but the windows are soundproof. No hassle of keys. The digital locks are very convenient. The instructions sent by the host were perfect and recommendations were helpful.

Location, location, location…this flat is located on a pedestrian only street between two busy streets. On this perfect little street are some high end retail stores and at least 8 or 10 bars, cafes, restaurants with $5 glasses of wine! Livaria LELLO is up one block and many more eateries are all about. It is such a walkable area. The flat itself is wonderful with a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath. Every morning a lovely little breakfast box was delivered to our door. If we return to Porto, this is exactly where I will want to stay.

A bit noisy during the night - you could hear the music from the night clubs around. No luggage storage, but you could use several in the area (including the tourist office next door - 3 EUR/day, some shops around 1EUR/bag/hour) or lockers on the rail station. Check in/check out times could better (16:00/11:00).

Very big apartment, pretty convenient location (walking distance to almost everything), nice restaurants on the same street and in the neighbourhood, 2 separate beds for our 2 boys, very clean with everything you need.

Being on a street surrounded by bars, etc, it's a double edged sword. At night, the dance clubs on the street open. The music doesn't travel toooo much into the apartment, but you are still able to feel the music vibrations until the early morning. The street doesn't feel too dangerous, but both nights I was there, there was a group of men hanging out at the corner of the street that felt a little suspicious.

Grrreat location on a pedestrian street surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. It is located in a very pretty part of town, walking distance to everything. The flat was proper -- good size for 1 or 2 people, clean, good-sized kitchen. The couch could use some upholstery updating since it had large stains, but over-all, a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, the sofa was very dirty and underneath the bed it was very dusty and dirty, what a shame, when everything else was so clean.

Great location, to every popular place 10 min. waking. Apartment is located on disco street. We didnt have any probleem with a noise or strange situations, very nice restaurants nearby. Very recommend place to eat is Laurear very closed by. Apartment is big enough for 5/6 persons.

Despite a late check-in at 4 p.m. while other apartments mostly can check-in at 3p.m.; the apartment was not ready when we arrived at a little after 4p.m. Housekeeper was still cleaning and not ready until almost 5p.m. We had no choice but to sit and wait at the dining chairs since it was raining outside. After housekeeper left, we went inside the bedroom and saw used socks beside the bed! Sofa was all stained and wet perhaps from previous renters did not take out wet coats and sat on it so I ended up could not used the sofa to sit and watch T.V. Two out of 4 dining table legs had no screws so table was really wobbling, toilet holder came off with no screw; I contacted the apartment care taker and they came to fix the next day. All and all, nice spacious apt. but should take care of facilities better.

At night, all the bars, pubs and clubs located on the street begin their activities, you can hear some noise even with the double windows. It's very subtle but it's there. For someone who wants total silence at night it could be an issue.
