The only minor negative is that the room furnishings are a bit basic, but this is to be expected in a beachfront hotel and in no way detracted from the enjoyment of our stay.

The hotel is ideally located near the walkway to the gorgeous sea cliffs. It has a very nice rooftop restaurant, a lovely view of the ocean, and a private beach! Ample free was another big plus for us. The room was very quiet and very clean and we enjoyed the room terrace. The bed was comfortable and there was good water pressure in the bathroom.

Our room was below the restaurant, and while it wasn't noisy at all, there were strong lights shining down from a sign right above our window. It meant that our room was never more than slightly dark at night. That and the low quality pillows meant we didn't have really restful nights during our stay.

The location is fantastic. The view over the ocean and cliffs is lovely, and the rooftop restaurant made for a great breakfast each day. It also served really tasty food for dinner. The beach was less than 5 minutes away on foot.

Good location - 25 minute walk to town and 500 ft walk to stairs leading to secluded beach. Also across street was raised endless walkways with spectacular views. Great breakfast and superb dining room in rooftop resto with heightened views of ocean.

The pool wasn’t open. Our room was narrow kind of like a stateroom on a cruise ship. The good-sized balcony made up for its narrowness as did the ocean view!

Its location at the quieter end of Lagos suited us well. The rooftop dining room with an amazing view and glass windows on two sides and the outside patio were the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t open.

Front desk customer service was not good. At least not until Carlos arrived. The original person who was at the front was not very helpful. We waited in the lounge and she did not come over to assist and let us know our room was available

Room cleaning staff start making noise early in the morning and no water in the room. Reception was also not very helpful as no milk was provided to make tea.
