The wind blowed right into the sleeping room... Because the window seemed not to be sealed in a good way. During could nights its not really good For this price I expected better comfort.

It was a very dated hotel, the shower water always went on the floor, the bed was a little cramped.

Big spacious apartment with all amenities for a long stay. Giant balcony with amazing views all around. This hotel is on top of the hill. A tennis court and volleyball for recreation. Pools both indoor and outdoor. Indoor pool has warm water. Spa available. All in all excellent.

I decided to stay 2 weeks after the first one went Ok. However my experience changed completely the second time. The flat in the second time did not have pans or knifes. I asked 2 times to 2 different employees for a pan and a knife which they told me to go and ask in the kitchen. I managed to ask to be delivered in my room which it was, but not the pan nor the knife that I requested. I went to ask a 3rd time and they brought me wrong stuff, again. They obviously wanted me to cut vegetables with a huge bread knife. After that I gave up and decided to just improvise. So service quality not that great. I also got a bottle of wine and water during my first week stay but not in my second stay under the same conditions. The pool is a little old. Some sockets did not work and I burn myself with a pan that had a defect (and therefore asking for a different pan).

The breakfast was really good! The hotel is in a nice location. The flat is huge and comfy.

Nothing, our stay was wonderful.

The property was beautiful, especially the grounds and gardens. Pools are large and sparkling clean. Loved the staff, they are so welcoming, it felt like we were visiting friends. We were also given a free room upgrade making our stay even more comfortable. The large balcony is also wonderful for morning coffee.

Car park underground difficult to enter with larger vehicle, not quite enough parking available above ground

Pool was available over a good time range and often very quiet, breakfast was plentiful options and staff were super helpful and accommodating, room / apartment was spacious and well equipped

The rooms are a little dated and could do with some new furniture but it’s not really a big issue.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is clean and very well looked after. We received a bottle of wine of the first day which was a very nice touch. The gym is great and has everything you need. Uber to town is 12 euros.

Excellent location, between Lisbon and Cascais. Amazing views. Nice rooms. Super clean linens and towels. Super clean room. Daily service. Nice amenities by rituals. Pet friendly. Beatriz at the front desk was the most charming and welcoming of the group! Really made a difference.
