Nothing in particular. The room was less modern and the hotel was older than the other 4* we stayed in.

Very large room, large balcony. Nice view. Although the hotel had great facilities, we didn't use any because of the bad weather. Excellent breakfast!!! Great choice, very well presented.

As it was on a hill it was windy but it didn’t bother us too much. Local area not much to do but we were able to get out and about easily from Cruz Quebrada tunnel

I was blown away by the accommodation. Both size and arrangement - even had a washing machine. The arrival / reception was well organised and very helpful The breakfasts were of a high standard and well presented A most welcome retreat in Lisbon - the facilities pool and surrounds are excellent for a cool down after a long day of tourist type activities

Not enough furniture on the balcony , a freezer that needed defrosting !! I had to speak to manager as a male receptionist was very very unhelpful but the ladies weee wonderful!!! The manager explained the property is going through a big refurbishment and there are no more patio chairs , a little disappointing but all the benefits definitely outweigh this

Decor was slightly dated - wood in bathroom was water damaged.

Checking in was easy, room was spacious with lots of facilities, breakfast had a wide range of choice and the outdoor space was plentiful. Nice touch of complementary items on arrival.

Great family resort. Excellent Outdoor pool area for family with a nice kiddie pool. We had a balcony facing pool area. They even had a kids activity room with activites like cooking and face painting. And for family pool side exercise classes. Their breakfast was hot and varied with a very nice selection. And the staff attentive and helpful.

No explanation of the hotel facilities on arrival. I had to ask where breakfast was served, and I still don't know where the indoor pool, spa, fitness room or vehicle entrance to the underground parking is. I didn't know how to get into the bar area except jumping over some pot plants haha!

Spacious apartment, wide passages and doorways. Ample wardrobe space and lighting. Safe in the wardrobe. Aircon worked well. Kitchen was basic, as described and fit-for-purpose. A few more items would do well such as a cutting board, veg peeler, a few plastic mixing bowls, a serving spoon. Dish washing liquid, sponge scourer and cloth were supplied. The freezer was great and appreciated. Washing machine was great to have available. Nice to have the complete operation manuals for the washing machine, stove and microwave in a file on the table. Huge balcony with lovely views and table, chairs and sunlounger. Bathroom is large and the amenities provided were ample and nice, good quality. Gown was supplied, so I just missed slippers, which I would expect at the price and star rating. The beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. And the towels supplied were nice and soft. Breakfast was great. More than enough choice, hot and cold. Quickly replenished when required. Our dog was welcome. We were allowed to have him with us on the terrace at meal times. He was greeted wherever we went in the hotel, and the room service waiter wanted to stay and play with him! More than enough space in the hotel grounds for him to walk, plenty of bins available to dispose of poop-bags. Plus there's a fantastic nature area directly over the road from the hotel where we spent a few hours. I did occasionally hear other dogs barking in the hotel, but it was never intrusive. The hotel is aging, and it is truly family friendly - you're going to hear children, and pet friendly... do not expect chic, glossy, impersonal city style. What you do get is a lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment where you can relax and feel at home. We've found our go-to place to stay whenever we come down to Lisbon!

The site gave the impression it was closer to the venue than it was. We were woken up on our first morning at 8am by maintenance , prepping the walls ready for decorating. We didn’t appreciate this as we rarely get away and after paying a higher price, it was unreasonable.

It needs a bit of a refurb as pain flaking in some areas but it didnt hinder our experience there that we enjoyed!

We loved that we took our dog and she even got a little doggy pack with a toy, food and dog poo bags, really nice little touch and the food was good and staff always friendly and helpful!
