The location was a little out of the way. Food at the restaurant in the evening was a but lacking and quite expensive. Room just needs a little updating/general maintenance (bed was wobbly).

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was large, clean and pleasant. Restaurant was nice and grounds were beautiful.

It was cold .. we needed to contact the front desk to have heat turned on the day after we checked in… problem with heating system…..main concern was the necessity to purchase a full breakfast meal 17 euros when all one guest wanted was coffee and perhaps a piece of toast..while the other wanted full breakfast willing to pay 17 Euros …..one particular rude staff member think May have been manager..coffee service should be provided ..we were given 2 coffee pods on check in and purchased 6 at 1 euro each with no sugar we asked the restaurant for 4= sugar packets and were told there is a store down the street, perhaps a seminar in public relations …would we return , probably not because of the distance to downtown activities… cab fares add up.

Our room was by the lift which was quite noisy.

As we were going to Champalimaud the location was very good. We liked the large and well equipped rooms. Good value for money.

As always, wonderful stay at this hotel and it is always my 1st choice in Lisbon! Close to the city and on the other side half way to the beach. Very helpful and pleasent stuff who are greatly welcoming us every time! Obrigado :)

The wind blowed right into the sleeping room... Because the window seemed not to be sealed in a good way. During could nights its not really good For this price I expected better comfort.

Good cooking facilities in room, helpful staff, excellent free parking, great pool facilities. Comfortable and clean.

Big spacious apartment with all amenities for a long stay. Giant balcony with amazing views all around. This hotel is on top of the hill. A tennis court and volleyball for recreation. Pools both indoor and outdoor. Indoor pool has warm water. Spa available. All in all excellent.

I decided to stay 2 weeks after the first one went Ok. However my experience changed completely the second time. The flat in the second time did not have pans or knifes. I asked 2 times to 2 different employees for a pan and a knife which they told me to go and ask in the kitchen. I managed to ask to be delivered in my room which it was, but not the pan nor the knife that I requested. I went to ask a 3rd time and they brought me wrong stuff, again. They obviously wanted me to cut vegetables with a huge bread knife. After that I gave up and decided to just improvise. So service quality not that great. I also got a bottle of wine and water during my first week stay but not in my second stay under the same conditions. The pool is a little old. Some sockets did not work and I burn myself with a pan that had a defect (and therefore asking for a different pan).

The breakfast was really good! The hotel is in a nice location. The flat is huge and comfy.

Nothing, our stay was wonderful.

The property was beautiful, especially the grounds and gardens. Pools are large and sparkling clean. Loved the staff, they are so welcoming, it felt like we were visiting friends. We were also given a free room upgrade making our stay even more comfortable. The large balcony is also wonderful for morning coffee.
