It’s a great location if you are "surrounding" Pico Island. I had a spacious double room with a fantastic sea view. The owner and his family are very nice and helpful.

We were here in November and it was pretty cold inside the room. There is an electric heating, but it took a while until the room had a pleasant temperature.

Nice and cozy stay with a spectacular view. The owner are very friendly and easy to get in contact with. The common area offers free coffee and the possibility tu use a designated area inside the fridge. Bed very comfy and the room was very clean.

Short walk to the ocean! Several places to shore dive. (Snorkel). Follow Avenida do Mar into town. Many restaurants and groceries within 2km. Bus line Christiano Limitado has stops very close by.

The window cannot be properly opened, so we couldn’t ventilate the room. No trash cans to sort the garbage.

Easy check-in and check-out, a kitchen, an ocean view, the room and the bathroom were clean.

Miguel Angelo was great - very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The location was awesome as a spot to explore the island. Plus the views from the property were absolutely stunning.

The place and the view are incredible. It's a place out of time where you can spend hours watching the ocean. The welcoming is also wonderful.

The entry is narrow and the driveway is steep so be prepared for that. Traffic is minimal, so there were no issues.

The view was spectacular. All accommodations were comfortable and clean. The support staff were very pleasant. The owner was available and responsive.

Air conditioning is missing. My room was right next to the kitchen/lounge/reception area. This could get quite loud with the wrong guests, but I was lucky in that regard. The entrance and exit for cars is quite narrow and right by the road. When the Village is fully occupied, the parking lot can get quite crowded, but it's manageable.

Miguel is a super friendly host, always there to help and provide tips. The rooms are comfortable, and overall, the "Village" has a pleasant charm.

Beautiful place, nicely designed rooms, friendly and helpful owner. There's a lot of space to park your car or having a meal or coffee outside with a perfect view of the ocean or Sao Jorge island.

The beds are good but contain some kind of memory foam which can make them a bit warm.

The host is super. His name is Miguel Angelo and he will help you in anyway possible to make your stay comfortable. Location is good and the facilities as well. It’s a dorm like setup but with good private rooms and some shared facilities.

Michelangelo is a great host, very helpful and friendly. The room was big and clean with great sea view. The hotel has a fully furnished kitchen for the guests to use and a fridge. Washing and drying machine available at payment. We recommend the place even if the location is not central has Madalena

Suggestion: make it more clear on the site that the kitchen facilities are shared. It was a bit confusing at first glance when looking at the amenity list.
