I didn't like how the cleaners just burst in the room without knocking. I was alone in the room and was talking on the phone with my family and I got surprised because they just busted in the room and started to strip other bunk beds immediately. They were wearing shoes too when they went up to strip one of the bunk beds which means they made the mattress dirty and just covered it with new bed sheets.

I love that there was a all female room and that the bed was comfortable too. There's a kitchen you can use and fridge to put your food. Friendly staff, great location and plus they have their own bar that isn't too loud too.

'Private bathroom' actually means there are sinks and toilet/shower cubicles in the bedroom itself, so if someone needs the toilet during the night there's a good chance it'll wake you up.

There are 3 parts of this facility, i couldn't find the main building easily, and you should put more signs outside. The room was a bit small, so 3 people could not move around freely at the same time. Also, when you lie down to bed, if someone is moving, the floorboards below would shake, and you can feel almost everything through your metal bed. The room was included with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and there are 3 sinks inside the room. The flush was old and dripping a lot of water (not good for the environment) and making a lot of weird sounds. Also, one of the fridges is not closing properly.

It was a great hostel for its price. Clean, close to the porto cathedral and the Louis Bridge. The location is excellent. There is a metro station nearby. You can put your middle sized luggage under bed and lock it. It is pretty good. Also, there was a balcony overlooking the garden. The people who were working there were pretty nice and kind, answered a lot of questions without being angry.

Maybe because it’s off the tourist season, not too many people, so the vibe in the public area is a little bit off but I’m sure it was good during the season!

First of all the room (I booked girls room) is really clean and the acception is very nice, easy to found and in the center so super convenient

Hostel location. Despite its in the very center, however the surrounding is very dirty, unsafe, and smell piss badly. I would consider this area is quite unsafe in Porto. I heard friend that got robbed in this area. Be safe!

8 bed dorm a bit difficult to move around in, not much space. The floor got very wet because they sometimes removed our bath mat. Location a bit out of the way considering the price

the bunk beds in the room I stayed didn't have curtains to provide some privacy and the reading light requires the use of the only power plug available.

Sao Bento is quite dodgy location at night. Room was very smelly from canalization and toilet which has no ventilation. Had to sleep with a door open in a chilly night. No quite space to work, very noisy cleaning staff.

Price is one of the best in Porto given hostel quality and offer female dorm. Wifi works well everywhere. Easy to access by metro or walk. Separate 2 toilets and showers for 8 people. Balcony with an amazing view.
