The rooms were a bit dated and it was a bit noisy at times. The property was under construction so we felt like we missed out on some amenities since the jacuzzis were closed. The gardener restaurant was a bit lacking.

A very special property in an amazing location in the heart of Furnas. The gardens are vast and magnificent and are available to hotel guests once it closes to the public. The hot springs with 24/7 access was an amazing perk. We loved going in the springs at night and star gazing. The hotel restaurant was very good, I loved my grilled fish special. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Everything was perfect! Great place, atmosphere, kind staff, super amenity, perfect cuisine in restaurant. BUT!!! Absolutely terrible staff in garden bar, long waiting, no nice words and after our complaint they behaved confused and no empathy was there. Two hours we had dirty cups and plates on our table. That is what made worse impression about this accomodation. Thats a pity. Instead of this everything was great!

My favorite thing about this property was the location: at the door of the Terra Nostra park, within direct access to the hot springs, which were only for the hotel guests early in the morning and after 5. Incredible! The restaurant was great and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The service at the Garden Bar at the hotel Is incredible slow. Would like to have been able to grab a drink more easily and chill without having to do a set down service completely.

Room was comfortable, they provide robes and towels for the thermal pool. The restaurant at the hotel has a wonderful breakfast and dinner there was spectacular.

There was a huge storm when we first arrived. I would have loved to take advantage of all the indoor amenities but the steam room was down for maintenance the 3 days we were there.

SO many thigs we loved about our stay! Endless charm in the space. The staff was aware we were on our honeymoon, and they so generously upgraded our room and brought us sparkling wine! The breakfast was amazing..

we could not have their wonderful breakfast in the morning due to early flight. packed breakfast was not good at all ( bred, bred, bred and 1 fruit). so I would suggest to reconsider the content of breakfast boxes for take away. we asked for wake up early morning, nobody called us, they just forgot. all other was good

location, garden and pool 24/24, amazing breakfast, dinner at restorant, service - all was very good. I left the sweater in the restorant the day before we left hotel. at additional cost the hotel sent it me by post. well received, thank you.

It’s amazing place to stay! hotel is nice, clean, has tasty breakfast. and it’s so convenient to have access to thermals any part of the day you wish. We really enjoyed our stay, warm welcome, always smiling girls on the reception. we liked the food in the bar, they serve light meals. and it was so pleasant to sit there in the evening. listen to live music and eat octopus salad (highly recommend!!). special thanks to the hotel for the small robe for my daughter to use it for thermals.
